better dead than revived and raped like most franchises

They literally both have remakes announced but I understand the headspace you're in
Somehow, I am not hyped for the Splinter Cell remake. Unless they bring Michael Ironside in.
Metal Gear without Kojima is basically something else. If they are remaking 3 without him at best it will be a good looking copy and paste with MSG:V controls, which sounds fine, the best part about V is how good the controls feel. But it wont be nothing special or innovative like the original. At worst it will be utter shit and even the controls will feel like ass.
Konami is gambling on the success of the remakes without Kojima.
There's no reason to buy anything but the MGS3 remake if you're on PC. PS3 emulators already run 1-4 perfectly
There is no reason for mgs3 graphic homosexuals even substance fix the moronic fixed camera shit
That's pretty much how I feel about the MGS3 remake
As for the Splinter Cell remake I have zero faith that it will be good in any way, shape, or form
>remakes
Ohhh I can't wait for some homosexual nu-dev to serve me his excrements!
>remakes
Are zoomers really this satisfied with reheated leftovers?
>headspace
stop writing like an idiot teenage girl
Because they don't make money. They would rather make fortnite clones and zoomer adhd shooters. Or ride the ESG homosexualry and make a game with strong bald black women as leaders.
>fortnite clones
No dev is making a battle royale in 2023

AC Mirage is coming this week. I put about 10 hrs into it last weekend. It pretty good from a stealth perspective. Not mgs level, but it'll scratch the itch. You will have to deal with ubisoft nonsense like intrusive HUD, and AI isnt smart enough to make the game adequately challenging. You can just hide in a bush, whistle, and kill guards one by one in some instances.
How did you get to play early?
Review copy.
>you know the guy who is infamous for lying, scheming and plotting people against each other? lets make everyone believe every word he says and he also survives the entire show lol
brilliant
Who do you think is the better manipulator? Ryan O'Reilly or Albert Wesker?
dishonored 3 leaked
>Gloomwood is still in an early alpha a year after early access release
I'm not sure what they could really do to revive interest in the stealth genre these days in way that doesn't involve dumbing the stealth part down and including the TLOU "see through walls" vision
Near-death of stealth games as a genre I think came about like Hollywood stage fighting. It's not really gone, it's now incorporated into so much for better/worse. Instead of Hong Kong wireworks and lifetime stunt professionals, you have 3-week crash course actors. Tons of games have a basic stealth system to crouch, sneak and maybe distract/pickpocket/hack and it's largely OK.
I think a proper stealth game would require NPC's can perceive you a couple hundred meters out and not forget you exist, and have a tolerance against basic distractions that cause them to become more aware.
because their mechanics were gobbled up and casualized by the generic open world action adventure game
I hate Ubisoft so much it's unreal
