It's pretty good. Avoided playing it but now after few patches it's mostly working. There are still bugs present though.
Just did the Spy Academy level today.
It's kind of the same but if you play it for couple of hours a day it's very tolerable. I think the maps are more expansive now and there is an online invasion mechanic which is probably fun. I haven't played this one too much but I can see how it can and will get repetitive in the long run.
It built from SE3, now maps are huge multi-layered sandboxes with lots of secondary and primary objectives and the AI can react quite well with flanking manuvers and tracking the player from multiple spots

Sniper Elite 4 was already way better than MGSV
Anything that uses large open ended levels is far better than that dogshit empty open world
Frick even Far Cry 4 was better than MGSV because it had actual verticality and traversing the map was fun
