On the excel links, make sure Text tab on the bottom left is selected.
Column F is Character Name (EN)
Look for Snake in that column to see his lines in Column G.
Copy paste the lines into the AI site.
Adjust the settings to make it sound good.

Low is more emotive, expressive with more variation in intonation and inflection

High is more accurate to the voice
Generate audio adjusting settings until the clip sounds good and download it.
Remember to clearly name your files.
Final step.
This will be the part that may require tech knowledge.
Now you have mp3 files of all of Venom's dialogue said by Hayter.
If you don't know anything about modding:
Just upload your audio files to share with people that can mod. You've finished the long grunt work.

Google says Venom had roughly 400 lines of dialogue in MGSV. If you are an autistic neet with time to kill, copy pasting and messing with settings and you may be able to finish within a week. Less if your friends help (friends won't help).

Plus if multiple people work to take different parts it will go much faster.
Plus showing how anyone can do it and the steps how could lead to more other works.
Plus each person has a different ear for what sounds good and accurate. Selecting which result the AI gives for the Hayter delivery will be contingent on the individual's preferences.

I kinda like Venom having a different voice actor to show that he's not the real Big Boss. It would be better if you only swapped the real BB's lines with Hayter's voice, it would take much less work too.
Sure. You can go in the direction of swapping the lines for just Big Boss, just Venom or both.
Another reason I am sharing the steps. Some may want to make the mod one of those ways and another anon make the mod the other. And if multiple people give multiple mods then all the better.

because Venom Snake isn't Big Boss, so it makes sense they would have different voices

Neither is Solid Snake. Voices all all over the place in the series.
He's not supposed to have the same voice. Different person entirely. This is leaving aside that Big Boss's voice changes majorly over time and even he shouldn't have Hayter's voice. It should be something approaching Richard Doyle's representation. Hayter's voice doesn't need to be involved in this entry.

It wasn't a choice made for that reason because the VA is the same in the JP version. The reason is because Kojima wants to rub shoulders with hollywood israelites. Also explain GZ.
The Japanese VA's dad voiced Big Boss in 4. VA culture in Japan also seems to be different and more involved tha occasional western fanboy BS. GZ in its time was easily explained given the prior sentiment. I also wouldn't imagine they'd switch VAs between the teaser and full game anyway, so that's a moot point.
That falls apart when you consider that in the JP version of MGSV Akio Ōtsuka reprised his role. The change in the western release is just because Kojimbo was finally able to afford movie stars
