Both Konami AND Kojima post-firing both vehemently stated that, outside of that one mission (which isn't even good, and doesn't give any additional answers) there was no "cut content." All you've been fed is either made up bullshit that's been repeated ad nauseum in here, or myths invented by Caramel and other NBGO schizos.
The datamining done since confirmed this, as well - the unused voice lines are short commands, and one or two lines of dialogue directed towards Chico, who was cut very early in development, and never made it past the artwork stage.
