there should be a toggle for mining so you dont have to keep clicking or holding a button down. it just makes sense.
I would like a build mode you can go into in survival. like being able to fly around within proximity of your body, and freely place and remove blocks with one button press.

VS is still new but there might be a texture pack or two that would make the game a lot more lively?
I'm the same with minecraft i could no longer enjoy what i did back when it first came out but somehow i enjoying what VS has to offer for the moment...

yeah, just go to their website and download it. then you just select what mods you want on that website. you can have "Minecraft beta 1.7.3" that everyone romances and waxes nostalgia about, or you can have "latest Minecraft" that everyone seems to complain about these days.

well I started with 1.2 beta, and I think more content = gooder
main appeal of Minetest is so many mods that are easy to make and use
I burned out all my love for videogames when I was young on early minecraft and can no longer enjoy a game I would have killed for as a kid.

It is build in something that isn't java, but remains compatible with mac and linux (this won't happen).
After seeing mojang turning copper into a fricking decoration item in a mining fricking game i expect them to never make a sequel because they are just too fricking moronic to make one. Minecraft will slowly die and we will have shitty mobs and shitty items being added to the game until people or just play modded or stop playing.
