Anyone else here played this? I'm halfway through and enjoying it but the amount of bugs / the general roughness of the game (I've just lost an entire day of progress to a glitch) is frustrating and killing my motivation to finish it.

it's garbage
What makes you say that
it fricking sucks, shit gameplay shit graphics shit controls and shit time limit
Reddit Peaks sucks btw
>Reddit Peaks sucks btw
Twin Peaks is good, you're a gay who got filtered
yeah i got filtered by pseudo 2Deep4U stule over substance garbage
That's not what Twin Peaks is, so you're just proving further that you were filtered, or that you just haven't watched it and are shitting on it for Ganker cool kid points.
>dude you don't get it's too esoteric for you, you need high IQ and to watch 6 different two hours long youtube retrospective videos on troony Peaks to finally comprehend it's greatness
lmao I've never watched a single analysis video of the series on youtube, I just watched the series and the movie and enjoyed it. The themes and ideas of the series aren't difficult to grasp if you look for them. Sorry, you've been filtered.
Are you literally moron?
nta but that's EXACTLY what Twin Peaks is, minus the part about it being garbage.
>3deep5me
Someday some future scholar will uncover the meaning behind the esoteric nature of Twin Peaks.
>He got filtered by a literal soap opera
lol TP is goofy as frick, how can it be too deep?
>b-but it's le goofy!
Notice how all the reddit franchises like Zelda and Silent Hill were influenced by it? It all makes sense
>all the reddit franchises like Zelda and Silent Hill
It was good bait until you said this, try again next time
>Lynched
but anon, style IS substance
>Reddit Peaks
I rolled my eyes so hard that I went blind. Thanks for ruining my life with your shitposting, anon.
Played it, but despite Twin Peaks being my favorite show, I couldn't get into this game. The atmosphere is there, and the characters are hilariously close to the actual TP cast sometimes. But the strictness with which you have to hit every story event to not frick up your playthrough just stresses me out and kills the atmosphere.
I got lucky and never encountered any bugs, but I respect the game for pushing its hardware so hard
I played Day 1 and dropped it. The atmosphere was great but the insane time constraints mentioned combined with the wonky controls & running into glitches with events not firing on Day 1 convinced me it wasn’t worth it. The unpolished nature -even by PS1 standards- of it really kills the enjoyment factor & makes it borderline unplayable.
this game is dogshit unless you cheat with save states
Very ambitious and very flawed. Definitely a game every enthusiast should try out, but the amount of effort (i.e. replays) needed to legitly getting one of the good endings is way too much.
Never did, but after looking it up, now I will, it sounds like an older version and more grounded predecessor of Deadly Premonition, which I liked a lot.
I think I'll play a day blind trying my best first and then play same day without missing any important events while cheating, because I don't feel like playing through 10-14 hours of gameplay for "we don't really know what happened" ending and I know I'll miss some shit if I go blind.

welcome to Human Entertainment. hope you've been using a guide or enjoy your shitty ending.
