This is one of the many games that the people who read Japanese didn't seem to care about that later got a translation, people posted about how cool it was for a few days and never played it. The "translation never :((" posters are just people who want to talk about games but never play them. For example op started this thread asking had anyone else played it instead of playing it himself.

One translation is done by a medicated troony and the other built on that and reworked. Overall, youre likely to have a bad time

There's basically one guy who got it in his head it's an obscure gem due to the apparent twin peaks links then drummed up hype for it, causing it to be translated and revealed as the wet fart it is.
As a visual novel it's charming.

You can play it for a bit and appreciate the nature of the experience, but trying to actually finish it is a nightmare. It freezes CONSTANTLY.

Cirosan translation is garbage and full of translator interpolations that aren’t in the game. Owl’s is the most honest to the actual text and mogs Ciro’s in every direct textual comparison

I heard about it. Was looking forward to it. Played it. Really enjoyed it. I'd into understand where all these smug anons are coming from. The game is fun.

It's a garbage adventure game and I'm surprised there's TWO translations for it based solely on muh twin peaks aesthetics. Play either, get annoyed at the very specific and time based triggers the game throws you at the beginning, never look back at it again.
No. It's quite mediocre just like every other game that wasn't localised for a reason. The only one that I feel was worth a localization in the past few years was the Dr. Slump one. Nothing is going to stop the scourge of ecelebs picking everything clean for content and hyping up HIDDEN UNTRANSLATED GEMS though so knock yourself out.
