Silly anon, Zoomer is now just regular buzzword to call anyone who disagrees with you. Their actual age is irrelevant or wether they are related to the conversation is irrelevant.

Zoomers are the only ones pretending to like 1st entries in games because their YT e-celeb told them to. It happened with Banjo Kazooie, it happened to Pikmin, it happened to many other games. Games that had sequels which were beloved and spoken of fondly. But now all of a sudden after the mid 2010s those games are "shit" now. Thus, you're a zoomer and you outed yourself.

>zoomer is a buzzword
No it isnt, Im fucking calling you both out. You retards probably use actual buzzwords to describe why Pikmin is better like "tighter game design" and other pseud shit your feeble little minds cant understand.
this is why louie has an innate hatred for others, this is why he steals the koppaites food supply, and this is why he tried to kill olimar and the president. she created a monster.
>beat pikmin 1 in 19 days >haven't seen half the bosses in the beastiary (pic-rel)
Also, what is the lore explanation for a lot of the enemies? Nuclear radiation? And why did the earth's age jump millions of years between 2/3?
I like to think of it as how you viewed the woods as a child: vague shapes you can’t quite see moving about, stark colors on certain plants and animals, though the patterns you can’t always exactly remember, paths and structures made from twigs and dirt that you imagine, castles and hollows carved into the creekbed, maybe some evidence of human touch in your woods like trash or articles of clothing
Pikmin was how I saw the world when I was really young. They somehow captured that emotion and experience in a game and it’s been my favorite Nintendo series ever since.
Also, where's the humans? If they're extinct (the radiation censor going off non-stop could imply this) then why are stuff like food still fully intact as if recently cooked? Does it have to do with the fact time doesn't flow in caves? Did some sort of dwemer-like rapture happen that also caused the time-freeze?
A lot of my complaints with 2 would be fixed if they made a hard mode that added a day limit, tougher enemies and made hazards more dangerous like in the first game
Pikmin 2 had awesome multiplayer, or at least decent multiplayer, but pikmin 1 is by far the best in the series. Pikmin 1 feels like you have to actually care about your strategy in order to beat the game faster. Pikmin 2 and 3 don't have that same strategy.
>reach the halfway point of the game >I now have to send a captain to scout out every floor before actually going through it to check for surprise boulders and bomb rocks
fun
>Would the game have been better with a time limit?
You can easily get all of the treasure in less than 20 days and set a "self challenge" if you really want to. Just like pikmin 1 a 30 day limit is easily obtainable and wouldn't make a difference.
Unless you mean adding a time limit to the caves which would make a difference.
Just ignore the 1Zoomers in this thread fellow 2chads. We're coming home in 2 more months anyways. Let them continue spouting their inane objective wrong opinions. The hate for 2's caves is artifically forced like for Pokemon Gold and Silver
Pikmin 1 and 2 have completely different vibes and fundamental methods to tackling the game. In 1 you are racing against the clock to collect all your ship parts before you lose air and die. In 2 it is all about exploration the world, acquiring treasure and venture to new uncharted territory underground.
I heard there was leaks. Cant find them tho
1 is better than 2. The underground stuff just isn't fun.
Yeah, it should've been a challenge, or integrated as a new area, but definitely not as a dungeon.
Cope. 4 has caves again. You lost zoomer.
What do zoomers have to do with this?

A broken clock is right twice a day, my double African American friend...
Also, shut up.
>mogs pikmin 1
No way in hell. 1>>3>>2.
>You WILL eat the bugs, Louie
this is why louie has an innate hatred for others, this is why he steals the koppaites food supply, and this is why he tried to kill olimar and the president. she created a monster.
time limits only matter to dumb babies so I don't care
cave haters are gay and retarded

I don't know myself, but I would suspect the time jumps have something to do with the way the Hocotatians/Koppais travel through space?
Just an artistic twist on real world nature

oh....
OH NO!
Wow didnt expect anyone to have read this. Really good little comic
Yeah, it has something to do with that, that's why the time doesn't pass in the caves. That's a really shit explanation in my opinion.
>then why are stuff like food still fully intact as if recently cooked?
preservatives

same urgency* I should say
>more than doubles the enemies, length, and gameplay of pikmin 1
>no cancer time limit forcing me into stress mode
>purple pikmin go BUNK
pikmin 3 was too easy
1 > 3 > 2
I have zero hopes for 4
>reach the halfway point of the game

Why do people here go ape shit over sequels so much?
