Yea, figured. It only crashed in the 1.0 and beta version of the game, and that was due to RAYTRACING being turned on with textures set to 6GB or higher. It happened on EVERY card that wasn't the 4080, 4090, 7900XT and the 7900XTX. Capcom has since fixed this issue.

Went from a slow powerhouse weapon with a satisfying weight to its attacks to a fast wielding weapon that has no impact on hits. They also simplified the melody mechanic significantly that the depth in its mini game is now dumbed down to just doing the same combo route for optimal damage and get all your songs going. I'm not saying Hunting Horn was some complicated weapon, its pretty unga bunga like the hammer, but there was a lot of satisfaction in lining up your notes and hitting recital and shit just working.
Note that the Hunting Horn is reinvented in pretty much every game since its inception, but at least the core concept was the same each iteration. A slow, but powerful weapon with a fun melody mechanic you could incorporate into your moved. Rise Horn throws it all away to just make it a faster brain dead hammer.l but with no charge mechanic to spice up the attacks.

That's what we were all hoping for from the Rise demo data mining. We found a switch skill or whatever called melody. People were hoping the old style horn was still in some form. It wasn't.
Personally, I don't want a split. I want the old core concept to return. Splitting it will just make both weapons crap. There are plenty of fast paced weapons, people should just use those instead of trying to make Horn into something it never was from it's inception. Hell, Freedom Unite HH was by far one of the slowest fricking weapons and you had TWO modes with standard mode and recital mode. How did we go from that to break dancing?

You'd have to actually play the games to get it little bro. Agnaktor's armor just wasn't a major problem. Like yeah you had to be conscious of it, but it was properly done so that the fight was still fun.
Also just in case you didn't know, fire softens up the magma armor for both of them.

Agnaktor would've been fine with World's magma armor. First, the beam attacks heat both the chest and the beak, which allows you to almost always have access to a soft spot even when its body cools. Second, Agnaktor's numerous breaks (among the highest in the series at nine breaks total) allow you to easily stagger it and get the most out if the limited time you have to damage the rest of its body. Third, and most importantly, Agnaktor digs a hell of a lot more than Lavasioth as the dig setups are a key part of the moveset.
World Glacial would be a nightmare to play against though

Went from a slow powerhouse weapon with a satisfying weight to its attacks to a fast wielding weapon that has no impact on hits. They also simplified the melody mechanic significantly that the depth in its mini game is now dumbed down to just doing the same combo route for optimal damage and get all your songs going. I'm not saying Hunting Horn was some complicated weapon, its pretty unga bunga like the hammer, but there was a lot of satisfaction in lining up your notes and hitting recital and shit just working.
Note that the Hunting Horn is reinvented in pretty much every game since its inception, but at least the core concept was the same each iteration. A slow, but powerful weapon with a fun melody mechanic you could incorporate into your moved. Rise Horn throws it all away to just make it a faster brain dead hammer.l but with no charge mechanic to spice up the attacks.

There are plenty of fast paced weapons, people should just use those instead of trying to make Horn into something it never was from it's inception. Hell, Freedom Unite HH was by far one of the slowest fricking weapons and you had TWO modes with standard mode and recital mode. How did we go from that to break dancing?

I kinda remember in some armor the scoutflies cage were belt buckle
some had it varied, I think some of the cosmetic only armor had some changes, but it wasn't much and I don't think any of them changed the slinger which was also a huge visual nuissance

Asset reuse. Dont have to model as much armor when one of the arms is completely covered by the same slinger model and only a few armors have a unique slinger.

You'd have to actually play the games to get it little bro. Agnaktor's armor just wasn't a major problem. Like yeah you had to be conscious of it, but it was properly done so that the fight was still fun.
Also just in case you didn't know, fire softens up the magma armor for both of them.

Agnaktor would've been fine with World's magma armor. First, the beam attacks heat both the chest and the beak, which allows you to almost always have access to a soft spot even when its body cools. Second, Agnaktor's numerous breaks (among the highest in the series at nine breaks total) allow you to easily stagger it and get the most out if the limited time you have to damage the rest of its body. Third, and most importantly, Agnaktor digs a hell of a lot more than Lavasioth as the dig setups are a key part of the moveset.
World Glacial would be a nightmare to play against though

It's two things most people hate:
