That's Iceborne. World was based.
World was somehow worse than Iceborne, extremely mediocre new monsters, rickety selection of returning monsters with all of them nerfed to the ground, maps that managed to be worse than 4U, horrible endgame farm with only 3-4 monsters being worthwhile for streamstone and two monsters two boring monsters for deco, not to mention the boring shit like Kulve Siege gacha or Zorah, Clutch claw may have been shit and Iceborne might not have done enough to eliminate most of World's flaws but at the very least it was a bit better in a lot of aspects
When will the Gun Sword from Lost Planet 2 be implemented as a new weapon class
god I miss that game

Like all MH games it was great but also had some flaws. MH's core formula stays the same in every game, but they always try new gimmicks in each game. Some stay, some get refined or repurposes, some get left behind. Any true MH fan knows this.

Fell in love with this as soon as I found out it existed in 4U. White Monoblos is a favorite from that game so I needed to have the weapon. Along with the diablos and normal monoblos lances I think it’s the best looking one in the series
Diablos's gear designs have aged like fine wine.
Shagaru has the most beautiful weapons in the serie, but for me the DB takes the cake

Only if you beat the high rank ones with high rank gear and decos. Kirin and Namielle don't do anything new. Zorah is easier to solo than in groups as it's a pure DPS race. Velkhana is the hardest because you have to wade through AOE spam on a short timer.

9/11 is an odd way to score a game, but I’ll take it. It’s definitely one of the top 3 MH games ever.

That's a great score and I agree which is why everyone loves it. Playing it right now at the same time as 4u, GS for 4U and mostly IG for World, both are great. I wish 4u was less ugly, didn't have wystone BS and had better kinsect upgrade system and I wish World had better roster and no clutch claw tenderizing mechanic.
