Any fellow autist anons ever get so excited about a game you just lay awake all night thinking about playing it? I don't do it as much as I used to, but it still happens from time to time.

    >6 hours a week
    >addiction

Let's actually think about this. Generally ,having a meal, if you're not taking your time, takes about 10 to 15 minutes per each. If we count only Lunch and Dinner, that's 30 minutes a day deidcated to eating, which is, again, fairly small.

This totals up to 210 minutes a week to perform a basic bodily function. Three hours and a half in the most stringent manner possible. Let's go further though. The "standard" is 8 hours a day of work. This equals to, if you're doing a 9 to 5, 40 hours of work a week (And again, this is the most generous assumption).

This is almost seven times more than the prescribed six hours, which themselves are only a little over double required to, again, sustain yourself in the basest form possible.

A week has 168 hours. A little over a fourth of this time is devoted to work. Another fourth or so more or less is devoted to sleep. So let's remove these and only count the hours you have for free time. This leaves one with 88 hours of free time. 6 hours is equal to almost one 1/15th of your free time. Ergo, dedicating 1/15th of your free time is considered an "addiction".

    lol, lmao.

So what the frick is one supposed to do during spare time then? Even if you go to work, go to gym few times per week, shower, there's still tens of hours of spare time during a week. What are you supposed to spend it on, then?
    >read a book
same shit as games but more boring (entertainment/art)
    >watch a show
obviously same shit as games but more boring
    >go outside
i already go for walks daily
    >browse social media hehe
who cares and more unhealthy than smoking

like what the frick am I supposed to do if not play games, which are fun and relaxing? and this is not a rhetorical question, i am GENUINELY curious what the creator of this picture does with his/her spare time.

I expect they are implying that you should socialize in person during your free time. Doing all that you've done plus maintaining a relationship with a gf plus meeting up with the boys once a week would definitely cut your Vidya time and you'd likely happy to do it. I know that when I was single and not socially active I was playing 3 or 4 hours a night after getting home from work and gym
