ps3, ps4, and PS5 games look the same
RDR2 looks way nicer than GTA V just because of the volumetric fog. But otherwise it's kinda hard improving visuals when you already have realistic lighting, semi realistic models and stuff. GTA V still looks pretty good, like games in general have just looked good for at least ten years now

I think they're touching them up. They've been backporting GTA 6 cars to GTA Online for the past couple of updates, and the models are generally better quality and more detailed than the original ones, with more varied customization as well. I think that stuff is going to get more attention in GTA 6, since people like getting cars and ricing them out online

what did you honestly expect? the game is made for mtx for another 10 probably 15 years after it comes out, its going to run as many machines as possible. i wouldn't be surprised if they release a version for 360 and ps3.
that would be stupid though, Rockstar games do well because they're AAA quality on release, going for MMO quality would mean guaranteed failure
