WW Ganondorf is really just the best one with no contest and this is accomplished with only a few lines. You barely see or interact with this guy all game, and your entire motivation to go deal with him is personal because he kidnapped your sister. Then at the end he is revealed to actually ruminate on things and have his own motivations beyond "lol evil", and that's what sells it. Character motivation exists in WW in a way it doesn't in any of the other games except arguably LA. It's simple, to the point, and exactly what it needs to be. People meme about this scene but it sticks with you for very clear reasons.
That's good and all, however here is TP Ganondorf with the sword he was nearly executed with and kept for centuries after killing its owner, which he also made a cute little scabbard for even though he never puts it anywhere and just holds it in his hands with no need to sheathe it
