The final parrot would be better if the red feathers were white, but I'm generally not a fan of evolutions that turn into completely different species.
I like the goat dudes that are next to it, the grass spiders, and the funky little paint ghosts
I really don't like the dude at the very bottom.
I think the water starter could use a little more color contrast.
Both the Grass and Fire uses some pretty bold colors (nearly pure white for the entire body and a bright yellow/red color combo), but the Water is just blue on blue on blue.
Think having the coat be either a bright sky blue or maybe even a red could do ya good there.
The head chainsaw I think is a bit too much. The idea is cool enough on it's own with dual chainsaw hands. Having something like Aggron's head piece instead I think is cool enough, but not overtuned like it is now.
The starters are way too insane and don't convey anything. Even the most intricate starters to most people keep their silhouettes as simple as possible while showing key features that can signify what they are. Design the animal first and design the gimmick around it afterwards. The grass one is especially cluttered.
The entire water cat line is pretty bad and uninspired. Maybe add a more obvious theming to it and make the design reflect that

Remove the middle stage of the parrot, looks way too much like Squawkabilly

Honestly? This is off to a great start. Most of these *feel* like Pokemon and fit the Pokemon art style way better than most Fakedexes I've seen.

As an artist, knowing when to stop drawing is often a big skill. Leave some things to the imagination.
