Doesn't have enough weapons/enemy types for me. It's a tremendous visual spectacle but very shallow otherwise. The enemies in halo have the right amount of layers. If only halo had better shooting mechanics. Fear and halo share a strong enemy personality both visually and through audio.

I like unwieldy realistic shooters like operation flashpoint dragon rising. It's a terrible game with horrible controls and graphics, but something about it is really satisfying. Also like the squad mechanics.

it's the most unique open world series i've played outside of the xenus games but a lot of people's good memories with it come from modding (which is piss easy and also free) but also you'll inevitably end up having to read a frickton of tutorials for any modpack nowadays since they're all modpacks of modpacks of modpacks of modpacks of
SoC is the only base game I like out of the three and it's by far the most jank, people seem to like call of pripyat more but I could never do it

It's definitely one of the best, I guess some of the environments you fight are kind of shit, the industrial/sewer type. The office fights are kino though.
STALKER SoC is my favorite FPS game of all time. And yes I mean vanilla. Basically every game mentioned ITT is good though.
