Name a comfier console.
Protip: you can't.
I'll wait, THOUGH.
...
Huh? What's that?... You can't name one?
Yeah that's what I thought, b***h.

I like the removable joycons because I can play it laying on my side
>tfw shitty eyesight so can't lay on my side with glasses one
I have contacts but I only wear them outside and I hate looking at screen with them on
I name the Deck.
Not a console.
I know. It's better than a console.
It's a Linux PC, I get it.
The Rog Ally is better.
>windows
>no trackpads
frick that
That's an amazing webm. There's more care put in to this than most modern media. Thanks for posting it anon.
I typically hate wojak shit but these tickle my funny bone something fierce
>someone's really spending his time doing all of these sharty videos
OP has said comfy not good
Switch Lite barely fits any pocket, the Deck is a brick
Switch Lite's flat design basically demands a 3rd party grip in order to hold for longer gaming sessions.
The Switch Lite is great - you can shove the less power hungry Switch Lite in a backpack or a pocket more easily making it better than the Deck for short multi-day trips under one week for downtime. But if you're not moving frequently, and you have a power outlet nearby, the Deck is orders of magnitude superior due to its general versatility. It's an emulation powerhouse after all.
While I can appreciate the power of the ROG Ally, the Xbox input scheme and the lack of buttons really hurt the thing and using Win 11 without a KB+M sucks. Also doesn't it perform worse than the Steam Deck at low wattages?
The biggest tragedy in handheld gaming. Such a good console, all it needed was good PSP ports with right stick support.
>Switch Lite's flat design basically demands a 3rd party grip in order to hold for longer gaming sessions.
Not a problem, I can leave it at home and carry the console only for bus and work breaks
>Switch Lite's flat design basically demands a 3rd party grip in order to hold for longer gaming sessions.
I feel like holding a controller without grips is just a lost art these days. People who are used to grips shove their palms against the sides and think wow this is uncomfortable. The Deck fits comfortably in my hand but I had no issues playing on my Lite for like 4 hours today, it's just in how you hold it. Your device should rest on your fingers and your thumbs should be outstretched, nothing should be curled, if holding upright your pinkies should sit under the bottom to keep it from dropping.
>I feel like holding a controller without grips is just a lost art these days.
This honestly, never really had an issue with controllers and consoles like those. Maybe it's just an age thing.
Having grips is actually a hindrance if you want to play on your side for example.
Comfy doesn't mean pocketable. Deck is far more comfortable to hold and playing damn near any game ever made in bed is supremely comfy.
switch is definitely smaller but lets be honest, its not comfortable to hold at all. deck is actually ergomic and the joysticks aren't trash.
Love this thing for indie/2D games.
Having both the Lite is better to relax with and carry with you. Any time the games perform similar I go Lite.
The latest Yuzu updates that reduced the Pagetable size seem to have improved TotK significantly, it's still sub 30 fps most of the time but it manages to hold 30 in several areas of the open world now. It feels wrong.
>comfier
Deck can't comfortably fit in a pocket.
tpbp
comfiest/best handheld ever made and it's not even close
Holy gem
I love it! AAA quality in my pocket! With drifting control sticks that aren't easily replaced!
Sovl.
Fake. Emulator
368p, this one is from the Digital Foundry video analysis
XC2 is a shit game anyway, so it's only fitting that the portable visuals are absolutely eye cancer inducing.
King of portable homebrew
Thankfully the future with bring more portable consoles considering the success of the Switch and the Steam Deck
All of them will not be as small as the 3DS or Vita sadly.
>Steam Deck
>success
lol
>20 companies trying to copy your machine
>not success
Lmao, the future is portable not shit like the PS5 and now the dead Xbox number not even Microsoft knows
>valve made the steamdeck
>suddenly there's the rog ally, aya neo, the new gpd that looks more like a switch/deck than a neutered laptop
devs must've been working on them since the switch came out and released them after the Steam Deck by coincidence
The best handheld.
OP BTFO
Comfy gen.
>can't be docked and played on a TV
That was the one thing that prevented me from buying a lite. If it had TV out, it would literally be perfect since I prefer the smaller form factor for handheld play compared to the clunkier full-size model.
psp
>An even worse version of the switch
Not a console per se, but I love my ROG Ally
what kind of animals are these
How is the user experience on that thing? Can you suspend and resume while playing games just like you would on a Steam Deck?
Cute dog, anon.
Give him a pat for me
tranniest opening post I've seen in a while, you jus forgot to add "YAS QUEEN SLAYYY!!!"
looks comfy but in practice it's not comfy to play in such a small console
