I just beat it a couple days ago and honestly loved the hell out of it, absolutely wonderful game. My only complaint honestly would be everyone being so fricking horny, if you're gonna have ESG shit at least let me just say my character is straight from the get-go so I don't have to awkwardly shut down male companions I otherwise I really like. The rest of it though really nailed the feeling of it being a journey with other damned souls.
