the gameplay of metal gear rising isn't offensive but it's definitely the blandest most boring combat I've ever played in an action game. The game is good for everything else but I still see people saying the actual gameplay is good which I find ridiculous. also the game is way too short to not have some more depth in it's systems for replayability
when I was a kid, like 4-5 years old, I had a dalmation stuffed animal that I named new friend, but one day I left it near a staircase and someone stole it.
Nier Automata is one of the most boring pseudo-intellectual pieces of shit I have ever played. The combat is mind numbingly stupid to the point where you are pretty much just hammering on the dodge button and get in a few hits in afterwards. The hacking minigame from 9S gets boring after you've done it 2 times as well.
>worst bosses in the series >worst build variety >the open ended world is worst than what Demon Souls offers >combat isnt as fun as Bloodborne >the entirety of Blighttown >the entirety of Tomb of Giants
It is not a bad game but I like it the least out of the series. At least 2 had more build variety and it had more than a small handful of enjoyable bosses
>worst bosses in the series >Prowling Magus >Covetous Demon >Royal Rats >Ancient Dragon >Dragon Riders >Mytha
DaS may have Bed of Chaos and Pinwheel, but DaS2 has so much trash.
>the open ended world is worst >is worst

I've been a NEET since early 2018 and I didn't like this anime, it felt too light-hearted for me to take it seriously. The twist at the end was unconvincing and the MC isn't a complete loser, he's a failed normalgay. I was told the book was more despairing but the anime didn't do a great job of showing things like so. Only one or two scenes hit me and they weren't related to the MC. Overrated schlock, I don't understand why Ganker puts it on a pedestal.
>was told it is an accurate depiction of hikikomori >by episode 3 he has a girl who believes in him, his friend lives next door, and he has motivation to create art
Does it actually get good? i dropped it pretty early
>worst bosses in the series >Prowling Magus >Covetous Demon >Royal Rats >Ancient Dragon >Dragon Riders >Mytha

DS2 had some real shitstain bosses, but I found that there were at least more fun ones than what 1 offers
Ds2 just has more fun bosses to me. It's still not a lot, but it is more than 1. Looking Glass Knight better than any fight in 1. I don''t see a lot in 2, but I do see more in it than 1 thanks to more bosses I like and lots of build variety.
Some scenes and reflections by the MC are actually pretty accurate, but that's a teenage tier understanding. It doesn't really get better, the anime keeps the light tone and depicts a MC that is actually quite capable at socializing etc. I wouldn't recommend you watching

Persona 3, Persona 4 by extension probably but I barely touched that
3 was an entire frickall dungeon crawl glued together by shallow VN/Dating sim shite and the ost of the overworld was fricking abominable, sounds like a Ganker shitpost
Tried it multiple times over the last decade and just can't cope it. Should have thanked my lucky star for missing it back in the 2000s
i'm like 40 hours into P3 and it's only now getting interesting story wise. i'm playing on Hard so early on it was kinda miserable, still enjoying the game overall and i'll definitely finish it but i can see why many people would drop it
OoT is complete shit. It was also shit back in 98, because I know tendies like to pretend that anyone who doesn't pretend it's a masterpiece is a zoomer who wasn't there. FFX also sucks. Halo was always baby's first fps.
Wonky hitboxes, wonky jumping physics, pre rendered graphics blend together sometimes making platforming bad, lots of trial and error memorization and the mine cart levels which combine all these issues. Oh, and later bosses are just recycled earlier bosses, but they get hit immunity for a certain number of attacks (more artificial difficulty rather than programming new attack patterns).
I keep hearing that. I'll try playing the sequel. Kept avoiding it because I'm autistic and want to finish the first game of any series before moving onto the next. But I guess I just need to give up on it.
>pre rendered graphics blend together sometimes making platforming bad
And don't forget the levels where they cycle the lights on and off, or make everything super dim. Thereby making the rendered effects blur even more.

There's only one SF game past 2, anon.
MGS is too easy and there's not enough sneaking. It's boring after the first time you play it.

cool story bro
Gothic 1.
It's nice and all, but I hate it.
Gothic 2, on the other hand, is the best game ever.
God I want a Misaki gf so badly.
How do I get one?
you will not have a misaki gf

I can’t think of any bosses in ds2 that I like besides velstadt and sinh, fume knight is just alright
I have no idea what you see in ds2

Anon you can just drop at the first game.
He didn't actually play them. He's just naming all the popular series he can think of.
Donkey Kong Country and Yoshi's Island. Just can't get into them, but you commonly see people claim they're the best platformers ever made.
i never played yoshi but what did you find wrong with dk? what's a better 2d platformer?

Great music though.
All those points are pretty valid honestly. for what it's worth it gets a little better in 2
