It would just lead some 5 minute Warp Star boss-fight segment in Requiem's Zero that ends with Kirby destroying Requiem somehow, before fighting Giorno again in traditional gameplay again.
Kirby can walk on lights, enter and exit dreams, warp away, you think some power can stop him? He has experience with being a hivemind, he could get used to being out of phase.
Kirby just absorbs him. He can't undo anything because Kirby is just absorbing, not changing time and space. And even then he has to actually hit Kirby for anything to happen.
Kirby can absorb death and reality with the right powerups. If GER tries to revert it to zero, Kirby just keeps absorbing. It's like 2 objects than cannot move, the one who gets tired first loses.
Right, Kirby will just keep on trying to absorb itself infinitely while Gio just fricks off to wherever he please

He'll get caught in the absorption. Kirby can absorb planets and stars too, there is nowhere to run. Like I said, depends on the powerup, if Giorno can use GER, then Kirby is allowed to get all the best powerups from every game, including those who give him immunity to even death itself.

I'm starting to think you do not fundamentally understand how GER's abilities work. Kirby is basically relegated to an non-existence as GER can reset kirby an infinite number of times.
Kirby might be a tough, yet lovable pink ball but he takes the L in this one as he is basically stuck in a looping state.
Kirbey's a lovecraftian horror with amnesia, so possibly. It's not clear if Kirby even "Exists" as a discrete entity, he is the vacuum within himself that consumes thing, the rest is merely a vessel.
Kek, no it would be a stalemate, just two guys staring each other down.
[...]

If you destroy GER, Giorno will die.
[...]
Kirby would befriend Giorno and stop him from being a dirty mafia boss and end corruption on Italy. There would be no fight.
Giorno is pretty adamant about being a gangstar though and doesn't want kids to take drugs. He wants to turn the mafia into what the yakuza is, lesser evil that tries to uphold the peace in places where the police can't.
no one even knows what GER's fricking power even is. GER is the personification of shit cop out writing and this was the moment jojo became shit
It "turns everything to zero" basically stops any action from happening, if it would cause GER or Giorno to get hurt because of it.
>It "turns everything to zero" basically stops any action from happening, if it would cause GER or Giorno to get hurt because of it.
and it had no real reason to have this ability other than the fact that it was perfect for them in that one moment and it was fricking stupid cop out writing that basically gave giorno god powers. Then he became le big boss and then no one ever talked about him ever again the end, also the entire universe gets destroyed in the next chapter because he knew he was a hack and wanted to restart everything with new rules.
>and it had no real reason to have this ability other than the fact that it was perfect for them in that one moment
Didn't the same thing happen with Kira after he stabbed himself with the arrow and gained Bites the Dust? It seems like the arrows simply gives the stand user an ability that would perfectly help them get out of a shitty situation.
yeah, but the great thing about that was that it was literally situational and he ended up dying for a moronic reason his new stupid ability couldn't fricking protect against.
GER literally just means "lmao no u don't" against everything thrown at giorno, effectively making him invulnerable to everything. it's inifinitely more broken than bites the dust. bites the dust had a condition that needed to be met, and GER just makes nothing you do matter. it's stupid.
Yeah, you are right Anon about it being an asspull, but King Crimson is so moronicly OP, you need something even more moronicly OP to defeat him. Like KC allows the user to >"skip" time, which means that the user becomes incorporeal and immune to shit that would happen because it was fated, like getting shot by Aerosmith, for 10 seconds >He can't attack during this time, but if he's fated to, say, impale someone or chop their hand off, it will happen regardless, because fate >Everyone becomes slightly confused after the time skip, because they basically lose consciousness for 10 seconds and can't recall what happened during this time, which gives Diavolo more than enough time to frick off or donut people
Like how the frick can anyone without GER defeat this guy?

Almost any level 10+ character from TOME.
Squash match.
Diavolo can see into the future because of Epitaph. It so fricking over Kira bros...
It's all very poetic and shieet. Diavolo's power skipped the cause to arrive at the destined effect. GER became its antithesis, as it made the cause last forever, without ever arriving at a resolution.
Lowkey Giorno was always stupidly overpowered. Attacking his creations always reflected back at the attacker which is never shown to have a counter. Getting hit at all by Giorno results in your mind leaving your body. He can heal himself and anyone else infinitely, all he needs is a few minutes to grow a body part from any object. He can track down anyone if he has a part of them because he can make the part want to return to the whole. From the moment he can inject snake venom into his heart to heal an unstoppable virus, you should know Giorno is the most bullshit character in the series, possibly in any manga.

Bites the Dust was always implied since the beginning with the early chapters having a the student with the same hair. His reasoning just changed.
That is a random delinquent you moron.
That has nothing to do with the story besides giving Josuke his hair style and making him angry when something he associates with the student that got the car unstuck is insulted.

Anon, it's clearly supposed to be Josuke. You're one of those frickups that follow whatever others say in terms of conjecture aren't you? It even did a closeup. They even do closeups on the student's face and surprise surprise it's Josuke's future facial profile. He clearly didn't like the idea of a closed time loop happening and bringing the bootstrap paradox into the equation for future stories, so he just wrote it out.

Immediately after this Araki focuses on making sure the upper lip is kept as similar as can be and immediately keeps it drawn in the next flashback frame with a teenage Josuke having still having the same detailed upper lip. Focusing on the upper lip in this case isn't even crazy considering how they had an arc about how his fear factor being him biting his upper lip. It's not even the only thing that's supposed to show how obvious it is.

Requiem stands consistently are designed to combat the biggest threat at any given time in the most metaphysical way possible. KQ bites the dust allows kira to reverse time, chariot requiem was designed to make the arrow unobtainable for a long period of time, and GER is designed specifically to counter diavolo's king crimson. Its perfectly justified. Its not an asspull
>chariot requiem was designed to make the arrow unobtainable for a long period of time
How the frick was SCR "designed' to make the arrow unobainable? It was created when the arrow fell behind a fricking dresser while Polnareff was crippled, hiding out in a villa, and couldn't reach behind it.
GER's power is literally to revert all things to the tate of "zero", completely nullifying them and preventing them from becoming "real". It's stupid as frick and King Crimson's Slaves to Fate gimmick was infinitely better, because you bet your ass that King Crimson wasn't a fricking time stand.
>It "turns everything to zero" basically stops any action from happening, if it would cause GER or Giorno to get hurt because of it.

Same typeu of standu means Jotaru can always hard counter anything Dio ever does. The concept of 0 and the concept of infinity get stopped by a punch but because same typeu of standu Jotaro's immune
I will never stop seething about how bullshit his loss against RHCP was >For once in his life, Okuyasu actually uses his stand in a clever manner >Completely rapes the guy >Loses because Akira goads him into destroying an underground cable, juicing up RHCP and giving him an escape route
And honestly I wouldn't to mad about this outcome if not for a.) this being Okuyasu's only real fight in the entire part and b.) the execution of Akira's 300 iq play was complete nonsense. You expect me to believe that he somehow memorized Morioh's underground cable network so thoroughly that he was able to triangulate the exact location of one of the cables in the middle of a desolate field where everything looks the fricking same for miles?
I always interpreted it as RHCP being able to sense the power cables since it's an electricity-based stand, not that he somehow knew it was there beforehand
I never got this at all. Okuyasu's stand is nothing special. It's insanely weak against all but a select few stands. Okuyasu is still an idiot; but it's not like if he was some 160 IQ genius, his stand would easily take on Jotaro's or any other weird/OP stands.
Okuyasu is a jobber because he's a complete dunce, as shown by his fight against Josuke.
The Hand has one of the strongest potentials.
Man, imagine if he was the protagonist and had some actual growth.
He could erase time and memories and physical properties with enough asspuls. Just do anything while making more sense than gold fricking experience.
>literally rewrites canon to tie himself into his enemies' backstories and create a narrative outcome where him winning will be the narrative throughline >can plan for and set-up for fights he has no way of knowing will happen >no-sells characters who are supposed to no-sell silly ungrounded nonsense powers >can live through being made physically, mentally, and spiritually dead
Well yeah, literally no one can beat Bobobo, his very core concept is being a parody of overpowered plot-armor protagonists to point where it transcends 'so OP that it's stupid' to the level of wrapping around to being cool again.
I literally can not watch this show subbed.
It's way to fricking chaotic and wacked out to try and keep up.
Dub allows it to just free form and be zanzy without thought.
This is the correct choice.
Made in Heaven doesn't kill people, it accelerates time, which destroys the universe. People who died, like Jolyne and her friends, get reincarnated in the new universe, while people who didn't die are simply transported to the new universe like Emporio. So GER didn't think Giorno's life was in danger and simply let it happen.
It's like none of Black folk in this thread truly understands what GER is capable of. >b-but kirby
No, GER literally reverts their deaths to zero and they will die an infinite number of times. Did any of you even watch or read the jap shit?
That doesn't even make sense. Zero and infinity are totally different concepts.
If we're just going by "if this then that" logic, why is it only an attacker death that's related infinitely? Why not their attacks? Why isn't death just reverted to "it didn't happen" like an attack?

Not making sense is consistent with his non-Requiem form.
Giorno has like a dozen vaguely similar and vaguely defined powers, there's zero consistency and his stand mostly does what the current battle requires him to do.
It's impossible to avoid noticing it on a rewatch.
You needed a rewatch to notice GE is boringly busted? Stone Free will forever be the best MC stand because of its insane utility and variety without ever stepping beyond its boundaries. No vagueness, no power ups either.
the only way we have been shown to counter GER is reality alteration through The World Over Heaven
so any character that can control reality can match him
It's like none of Black folk in this thread truly understands what GER is capable of. >b-but kirby

>The horseshoe-shaped object floating around her head Is a memory aid device. It records her name, appearance, and other aspects of her personality. >She is so old that she would not be able to preserve her own individuality without this.
frick you for making me look that autism up, she's so weak, all you just need to do is destroy the stupid thing floating around her head and she loses her individuality
She can literally rewrite reality. We have no confirmation that Giorno can pass GER abilities unless there is some sense of physical contact (Diavolo got hit by the rock). Because she can control and quite literally rewrite reality and the universe, she easily destroys Giorno who wouldn't even touch her.
Also moronic homosexual I know you lifted that straight from VS wiki, you should've read the other things that literally classify her as a deity above Giorno. He wouldn't even be able to touch her.
Actually why doesn't GER revert Over Heaven's "will" to change reality back to zero? It should be able to do that and thus any reality change will just not happen, right?
Actually why doesn't GER revert Over Heaven's "will" to change reality back to zero? It should be able to do that and thus any reality change will just not happen, right?
Because EoH isn't canon, Araki didn't write. It's like saying Novel Kars (George Joestar 2) can beat GER, in canon, because Araki drew a couple of illustrations. Unless Araki himself. with full control, writes a part were GER is defeated, he can't be defeated.
In the JoJo canon, not a fanfic, GER is unbeatable. A character beating him in a non-canon, fanfic, not written by the author, doesn't count. We don't know the capabilities and limits of GER, in canon
His powers, in short, is cause without effect. Meaning, action without reaction. Anyone, anything, trying something, will never happen because he erases it before it even reaches the conclusion

Not really. DIO's curse ends after Part 5 and Joestars are no longer fated to fight evil.
We don't know that for sure. We don't know Giorno's fate post part 6. For all we know, Araki forgot that Giorno existed
if there's no body, there's no proof
Sol Badguy. He traveled to the past, fought and saw his past self get killed by Ino, which should also kill the present Sol, yet it didn't, so I guess GER wouldn't affect him that much.
Because golden experience requiem is not a 24/7 transformation. He turned back to golden experience base form after the fight and giorno would need to use the arrow again to transform it back.
Realistically they just couldn't fight each other. Anything WoY tries GER cancels, anything GER tries WoY throws another more insane fated bad luck thing at him. Seems like a goofy situation.
Any time traveller can remove Giorno from existence. >travel back in time >don't let giorno get the arrow/kill him before he GERs
Alternatively, wait for GER to run out.
>Go back in time to remove Giorno >Which means in the future there would be no Giorno >Which means you don't go back in time >But the only reason he doesn't exist is because you went back in time
Good job dipshit, you just created a paradox.
>he is bound by time
Yes he is. If future Giorno already activated GER, and GER didn't protect Giorno from the current time in the arc it obviously means he's bound by time. If GER isn't bound by time Giorno would ALWAYS have it activated since there are many timelines where he would have used it in the future already. Giorno still needed to use the arrow and activate it. Also Giorno doesn't have an arrow at him at all times. He's weak.
What is it with Araki and writing himself into shit endings by making the antagonist have a ridiculously overpowered stand? It happened in part 3, 4, 5, and 8 now, and I have no doubt Jojolands will have the same problem.
>Gyro kills a guy for stealing some money at the start no problem >Has qualms later on in a life or death fight because MUH MANS' WORLD
>"Johnny, did I ever tell you we have the perfect rotation technique and its tied to riding horses? No, well good thing I just told you right before we go fight Valentine who has a power we cannot beat without it"
>All of High Voltage
7 is extremely overrated. I guess some good art, fun fights and cheap emotional tricks is all it takes to win over the average weeb.
Gyro's death is incredibly moronic as Johnny just stands there with one of his steel balls (just to nerf him because frick you) doing absolutely nothing for 5 minutes with Valentine's back completely exposed
Valentine got raped and Johnny didn't even beat Diego, the infinite spin and act 4 while overpowered weren't asspulls like "same type of stand" or whatever in the actual frick that bubble Gappy pulled of his ass was.
Because Araki always wants to include cool shit he recently saw, even if it would create plot holes. Why does Dio have Hermit Purple in the early parts of Stardust Crusaders, but then never uses it after that and relies solely on The World?
its one of two things, 1. its Jonathans stand or 2. its a leftover from when The World was going to have the power of all stands
and for the second thing, Dio would be too prideful to use Hermit Purple
If you read Araki's book he talks about one of his first published manga which was not popular at all until the last chapter where he invented some OP villain to run circles around the hero at his own game, which made the last chapter way more popular than the rest of it
Since then he has been obsessed with creating villains way more threatening and competent than necessary
>Since then he has been obsessed with creating villains way more threatening and competent than necessary
it works well, but he needs to find a non-japanese person to write endings for him
there has never been a piece of japanese media with a well-written / satisfying ending except end of evangelion
The stand has it's own sentience separate from Giorno.and his speed is "none" and by none it's infinite, yeah I know, it's moronic. The bullet wouldn't even hit Giorno because GER would activate his ability and nullify the shot from happening in the first place.
Its implied his stand gains free will. In his fight against diavolo, he didnt even know what happened during diavolo's time skip, he didnt die because his stand is immune to everything and saved him. If you let dialovo use the arrow to turn his stand into golden experience requiem, you're finished.
My character. I just made up a character who auto-wins every battle. So he'd win. He beats Giorno. Damn, what a cool character, huh? Maybe try a different character and I'll tell you if he can beat mine. Sound like a fun game? Good luck!
I think so, Johnny could break through the barrier with Tusk Act 4's spin energy, which is infinite, so I guess GER with it's none-but-actually-infinite power could also do that, or he could just revert Funny from ever reaching the corpse parts and activating.
>Name one vidya character that could defeat X
Picrel, as always, no exceptions. He has his own fighting game. >b-but GER can nullify attacks
Joke characters will always beat serious characters. The entire point of the show -and his in-game appearance- is that he can punch an enemy to death, usually in one-shot, regardless of their abilities.
OPM DOES take itself seriously. It just interjects shitty jokes here and there to maintain the facade of being a parody when it's just another battle manga.
Most likely to put over Pucci's stand evolution stronger. Made in Heaven drastically weakening Jotaro's time stop makes it much more imposing. The answer is probably gravity though and not exactly the fate gravity they talk about throughout the part. C-Moon Pucci moves his eyes during time stop, implying that time stop is gravity stopping everything.
C-Moon Pucci moves his eyes during time stop, implying that time stop is gravity stopping everything.
You sure it wasn't MiH Pucci? I distinctly remember that scene happening with MiH Pucci/him when it started happening. The only conjecture I remember them giving was that the speeding up time effect was overpowering his time stop ability. Since as visualized with DIO in Part 3, you can say they're pretty much just stopping "the cogs of time" with their arms (power) metaphorically speaking.
Yeah that's what got me then. It was during the transition. He said he was already opening the "door" so my recall just took it as MiH already being there.
>Places a conceptual barrier between Giorno and GER >They aren't linked anymore and Giorno is now a regular guy
B- But Yukari can't see stands! >As soon as the fight starts, she realizes that she is being attacked by an invisible enemy >Removes the barrier between visible and invisible
B-But GER can just reset the fight as soon as the barrier is about to be placed!
That is debatable, does placing a conceptual barrier count as an attack? Even if it we count it as one, it would activate and Yukari would be able to see the time reversal, just as Diavolo did and could simply remove the barrier between past, present and future, and it just wouldn't work anymore
Kneel.
a conceptual barrier between Giorno and GER >>They aren't linked anymore and Giorno is now a regular guy
What do you mean exactly by they aren't linked? Like Giorno loses GER and GER becomes without a user?
Well, there are 3 possibilities:
1: Since your stand is technically your soul, Giorno would just drop dead and GER would dissapear
2:Giorno can't control GER anymore, so it just stands there doing nothing
3:It becomes like Chariot Requiem and continues with it's mission to protect Giorno, just as SCR's was to protect the arrow, but even then, Yukari could simply become intangible and GER couldn't do anything. Remember: it needs to actually hit his opponent to activate it's power
Maybe he could win a few fights actually, it depends on how it would play out. But yeah, Yukari is complete bullshit and I can't even think of any character that can beat her besides Simon from Gurren Lagann and other bullshit characters
GER isn't up 24/7. Giorno wouldn't need to use GER that often after becoming a mafia boss with legions of trusted bodyguards and stand users like Mista.
Because Araki is a hack and his idiot editor at the time forced him to briefly mention that Giorno being in Florida is a possibility just in case they needed him to intervene. Also even if he was in Florida he couldn't do jack shit unless he knew exactly who was doing MiH and where this was happening.
Me with this:
Hey Giorno how's yo momma tonight, i heard she liked big stiffs? Oh wait she's already a big stiff CUZ SHE DEAD. *turns 360 degrees and walks away*
>shoots bubble without any intent to kill >bubble doesn't exist in the present dimension so GER can't stop it >bubble kills Giorno dead
nothing personnel kid
I assume GER doesn't make Girono immortal.
Any character that is effectively immortal can just wait until Giorno dies, or if they can manipulate time, accelerate it until he does.
Alucard from Hellsing after consuming Schrodinger. >b-but there isn't any official Hellsing game so he isn't vidya!
He appears in COD: Warzone 2 so he's vidya now.
>name a character that can beat nonsense magical asspull "I win" superpower
Giorno's stand is one of the weakest written ones in the entire JoJo. It's just plain lazy.
>Araki refuses to have a fun creative way to beat KC >Does Requiem >OK, at least Giorno unlocking Requiem means KC is nullified >Initial thought was "Oh shit, he can just skip time back to the starting point so Diavolo can't erase time anymore" >No, the fight is over right away and Diavolo gets the worst ending of all time, undeserved
I was mad. To be fair though, KC is just a bad stand for fights. He'll just erase time so you have to prepare some 11 second plan so at the 11th second he might get hit and even if you do hit him, he will just activate KC right away and erase the rest.
i feel like the climax of the most of jojo's final fights are generally quite weak
jojo is very much an "it's the journey not the destination" kind of thing
KC did have at the very least two counters, though.
The 11 second long "attacks", like Bruno did, and the blood droplets that snitch out when the time skip happens, like Polnareff did.
The problem is that it would only work if you were on a group or you had a really fast stand - Giorno tried the droplets trick but GE was too slow and his arms got chopped off.
I really disliked the way that the arrow was used. It's not like King Crimson was without counters, Araki simply gave a frick all and wrote himself into a corner with GER so Giorno is forever written out of the series because his stand is too powerful.

Name one vidya character that could defeat Giorno with Golden Experience Requiem.
Anime wise, Shitflix killed Jojo Friday and Part 6 is not as beloved anyway and a cheaply made adaptation doesn't help that.
Manga wise, the break after Jojolion and Jojolion's dogshit ending.
The best thing that could happen for Jojo right now is finding someone willing to give Part 7 the budget and quality it deserves.
Part 5 killed Jojo. Even with the translation issue being fixed there was already signs of burnout and it being divided into two cours just made anons like me cash out.
Jojo of that part's brother dresses like a woman with silicone or something if I recall correctly. Identity politics ragers on here got mad and identity politics twittertards were being obnoxious about it.

北久保「関係ない!?」
荒 木「あれはただの仗助の思い出ですよ」 >「ちらっとフリが有ったじゃないですか。仗助が過去の自分に会うとか」
Pretense being how there was going to be a scenario where he goes more into the scene, but Araki's saying that's not what he was aiming for.
Because of that it's more along the lines of. >How about the glimpses we've seen? Like when Josuke met his past self? (In regards to the still in progress Part 4) >Ah, that's not related to it. (How the story will end up) >It's not related to it!? >That's just Josuke's memory
It shows that he was still thinking about how to end Part 4. Just like he did in Part 6, he just changed the execution and ideas of what he wanted to do if he felt it would be better for the story in the long run.
Seems fine to me so far, but I haven't read all of it because I don't care for monthly manga releases. It seems like it's going well so far, still, Jodio is a good protagonist.

Marketing error on Netflix's part, but whatever. Parasocial relationships are fricked.
Any other character from ASBR technically. GER in that game is just a big transformation like MiH is on Pucci, very stupidly OP but it's still possible for him to get killed even if it's someone like Speedwagon, Stroheim, or picrel.
Pucci was the only one who could escape his "fate" after the resets. Every other living being was doomed to repeat the exact same actions and consequences forever.
every time I see something about GER, I instantly remember how poorly written and bad /anime/ must be for it to have such a huge fanbase. There's neither a reason nor logically (in terms of how the power works) or philosophically (in terms of such a power existing) for this crap, and every time you read more about it, it gets 10 times worse. Batman becoming a god and Batman who Laughs is Shakespeare, Aristotle, Homer, Dostoevsky compared to this
Reminder that all Giorno's ability comes down to is the reversal of causality (even this is iffy because GER won't stop anything that's not a threat to Giorno's physical well being). He's not unbeatable nor does he have an answer to everything. Hell, his firepower isn't even that strong either. People only overhype GER so much because it was introduced in a flashyway.
/v/, right fricking now EXPLAIN TO ME why Made In Heaven's ability DID NOT ACTIVATE GOLDEN EXPERIENCE REQUIEM? It WOULD have killed Giorno if left unchecked so WHY DID IT NOT ACTIVATE. EXPLAIN IT I DON'T UNDERSTAND IT PLEASE SOMEBODY EXPLAIN IT TO ME!!!!!!!
Only people who were harmed by Made in Heaven are the people who suffered accidents from the speed-up and Jolyne's gang. Giorno probably wasn't in danger when the activation happened.
i would turn them both out and kick their head into the dirt. the real gold experience requiem will be me pissing on giornos grave. im older, uglier and more bald than giorno and i will give his stand corrective rape and then use it to turn his will to fight back into 0
nuh uh, my stando uses a buffer overflow to overwrite GER's return to zero jump address so instead of returning to zero it "returns" to a point in time after I've killed him
Just based on what I've read in the thread, the Eternal Dragon of Time should be able to easily beat GER >Immune to any time shenanigans >Capable of doing GER on its own (used it on its son) >Strong enough to genocide every single other god in every single reality >Completely rewrote the universe from scratch after stealing divinity from everyone else
if you try to or even think about going towards him or do anything to him "calamity" gets attracted to you
basically anything that can go wrong will go wrong
He works pretty similarly to Bite the Dust, basically anything or anyone that might try to harm the stand user is met with calamities (extreme bad luck). It doesn't extend just to physical harm though, even just trying to find out more about the stand user is enough to trigger calamities as well as just standing or being near it.
if you try to or even think about going towards him or do anything to him "calamity" gets attracted to you
basically anything that can go wrong will go wrong
>He wouldn't even make it past Johnny
Johnny literally died trying(and failing) to break the curse his son was afflicted with
Frick, Araki even confirmed Toorus the strongest villain in all of jojo in the last jojolion volume. You have to be at least multiversal+ to contest wonder of u since go beyond is outerversal
>josuke actually comes up with a clever way to beat him by forcing him Wonder of U to approach him instead of the other way around >it just devolves into Wonder of U throwing bug insects and a josuke getting power up to save the day
I actually liked The Wonder of U fight until the insects came out.
I don't get the hate for the rock insects tbh, Wonder of U isn't really a fighting based stand and he can't actively be on the offensive so it makes sense for him to resort to other means. Besides it was cool to see multiple stand fights happen at the same time.
Because the insects weren't compelling. There wasn't that clever usage of abilities people like jojo for. The insects were pleasing to look at, at least. And I will say that I did enjoy those circular shaped insects, I thought that fight was kinda fun. But I didn't want to see insects fight josuke, I wanted wonder of u to do more shit.
Rock insects are just boring, Wonder of U may not be a close range Stand, but there was already an interesting battle going on in Josuke's attempt to approach him, to go from that to an insect fight just killed the momentum. I'll grant that it's hard to come up with what Wonder of U should have done since just walking up to Josuke would have been suicide, but the rock insects were not an interesting way to go.
>AIEEEEEEE NO WHY CAN'T I STOP THE WORLD FROM RESETTING HELP ME OTOUSAN
Daily reminder that JOBiorno JOBiovanna canonically JOBBED to the actual strongest stand in the Universe and every GERgay is delusionally moronic.
Any character that's at least 4D or resists reality warping should be able to defeat GER easily, since GER is babby tier when it comes to reality warping. Also most of them aren't vidya Anon.
What about Wonder of You? Can any videogame character defeat him?
Wouldn't every character here that can defeat GER also make short work of Wonder of You?
I think it's only direct attacks, or possibly deliberate harm against him, but not 'This thing that's happening is bad for Giorno's goals'. It wouldn't attack politicians for making shitty policy for example.
/thread
Nope, GER will just undo kirby into itself, as it if has never existed at all.
Kirby would befriend Giorno and stop him from being a dirty mafia boss and end corruption on Italy. There would be no fight.
>on Italy.
why are there so many esls nowadays

>item bounce intensifies
It would just lead some 5 minute Warp Star boss-fight segment in Requiem's Zero that ends with Kirby destroying Requiem somehow, before fighting Giorno again in traditional gameplay again.
ok. and kirby would just eat him.
why does one OP power take precedence over another. shits just moronic.
Kirby can walk on lights, enter and exit dreams, warp away, you think some power can stop him? He has experience with being a hivemind, he could get used to being out of phase.
Kirby just absorbs him. He can't undo anything because Kirby is just absorbing, not changing time and space. And even then he has to actually hit Kirby for anything to happen.
homie, can you read?
read this anon's post, you mongrel creature
Kirby might be a tough, yet lovable pink ball but he takes the L in this one as he is basically stuck in a looping state.
>will just undo kirby into itself
He has survived that...twice
>Kirby inhales the arrow out of his forehead
>acquires Requiem power
What now bitcb
Why do people think GER can do that?
It doesn't do that in the manga
Kirby wouldn't win.
How would Kirby fare against JoJo main villains?
Kirbey's a lovecraftian horror with amnesia, so possibly. It's not clear if Kirby even "Exists" as a discrete entity, he is the vacuum within himself that consumes thing, the rest is merely a vessel.
Kirby is shit

Every videogame character with GER could defeat Giorno.
Kek, no it would be a stalemate, just two guys staring each other down.
If you destroy GER, Giorno will die.
Giorno is pretty adamant about being a gangstar though and doesn't want kids to take drugs. He wants to turn the mafia into what the yakuza is, lesser evil that tries to uphold the peace in places where the police can't.
Like KC allows the user to
>"skip" time, which means that the user becomes incorporeal and immune to shit that would happen because it was fated, like getting shot by Aerosmith, for 10 seconds
>He can't attack during this time, but if he's fated to, say, impale someone or chop their hand off, it will happen regardless, because fate
>Everyone becomes slightly confused after the time skip, because they basically lose consciousness for 10 seconds and can't recall what happened during this time, which gives Diavolo more than enough time to frick off or donut people
Like how the frick can anyone without GER defeat this guy?
Name one then you homosexual.
Yeah we saw how that went, Dio wins.
simple
>DAISAN NO BAKUDAN
Giorno was the worst element of his own part.
He was still good, just dripping with that classic Jojo bullshit which was never exclusive to him.
Dumbfrick.
You're the one thats choosing to believe in a fan theory. You moron
If calling what's clearly the facial shots of "Future Josuke" a fan theory is all you got then you're clearly mad that you were given info that goes against your assumption and are just going to continue going against it for the sake of the "argument". It's not even the only thing that's supposed to show how obvious it is.
nta but lol he really never responded to this, damn
Wouldn't it be cool if that video-game DIO actually didn't lose and that was actually Josuke?
I always dream that part X would be like that. Part I has that weird Jonathan thing happening right before he dies.
>Part I has that weird Jonathan thing happening right before he dies
Could you rephrase that? I can't recall what you mean by that.
Maybe it was because Dio shot his neck, but I dunno: for me it seems weird.
anyways, what I meant is: maybe some Back to the Future shenanigans have some JoJo from part X kill their own interdimensional grandfather for things to end well
or maybe it was DIO Over Heaven's dealing
(a punch-ghost snapping Jonathan form the inside)
Requiem stands consistently are designed to combat the biggest threat at any given time in the most metaphysical way possible. KQ bites the dust allows kira to reverse time, chariot requiem was designed to make the arrow unobtainable for a long period of time, and GER is designed specifically to counter diavolo's king crimson. Its perfectly justified. Its not an asspull
>it's not an asspull because there are other asspulls
fricking hate weebs
>chariot requiem was designed to make the arrow unobtainable for a long period of time
How the frick was SCR "designed' to make the arrow unobainable? It was created when the arrow fell behind a fricking dresser while Polnareff was crippled, hiding out in a villa, and couldn't reach behind it.
doesnt he take the arrow out later? why not just sneak up on him and attack him?
Vecna
no one even knows what GER's fricking power even is. GER is the personification of shit cop out writing and this was the moment jojo became shit
GER's power is literally to revert all things to the tate of "zero", completely nullifying them and preventing them from becoming "real". It's stupid as frick and King Crimson's Slaves to Fate gimmick was infinitely better, because you bet your ass that King Crimson wasn't a fricking time stand.

Same typeu of standu means Jotaru can always hard counter anything Dio ever does. The concept of 0 and the concept of infinity get stopped by a punch but because same typeu of standu Jotaro's immune
disregard that game, it's fricking stupid, they literally took a meme and made it an important plot point
>cuts through requiem
You did well Giorno Giovanna
Space cutting abilities are baby tier in jojo's universe. Pic related can cut space and is a jobber.
Okuyasu is a jobber because he's a complete dunce, as shown by his fight against Josuke.
The Hand has one of the strongest potentials.
Fricking this. He's Vanilla Ice that can teleport, he also has like 2 INT.
>Anon is too dumb for OPM
His own punches won't hurt him. He'd just punch Gio again harder so it couldn't be stopped
I will never stop seething about how bullshit his loss against RHCP was
>For once in his life, Okuyasu actually uses his stand in a clever manner
>Completely rapes the guy
>Loses because Akira goads him into destroying an underground cable, juicing up RHCP and giving him an escape route
Uh, yes? His entire stand is based on electricity, it makes sense that his stand could sense nearest sources of electricity.
Man, imagine if he was the protagonist and had some actual growth.
He could erase time and memories and physical properties with enough asspuls. Just do anything while making more sense than gold fricking experience.
Im pretty sure the hand only erases physical things. doubt he could erase memories or erase the sauce out of his spaghetti.
That's because he's a complete moron. Even Polnareff and Narancia who were on the dumber side knew how to use their stands.
but you see, he was so moronic he couldn't die at the end, so it all worked out
It's a miracle Mista survived Part 5 after accidently shooting himself countless times.
Bobobo
>literally rewrites canon to tie himself into his enemies' backstories and create a narrative outcome where him winning will be the narrative throughline
>can plan for and set-up for fights he has no way of knowing will happen
>no-sells characters who are supposed to no-sell silly ungrounded nonsense powers
>can live through being made physically, mentally, and spiritually dead
Well yeah, literally no one can beat Bobobo, his very core concept is being a parody of overpowered plot-armor protagonists to point where it transcends 'so OP that it's stupid' to the level of wrapping around to being cool again.
That's cheating.
That's Bobobo
I literally can not watch this show subbed.

Tell me how, I didn't really read Umineko
Now tell me, if he's so powerful why he didn't do shit in Stone Ocean, huh? That's right, he's not OP even in his own franchise.
Made in Heaven doesn't kill people, it accelerates time, which destroys the universe. People who died, like Jolyne and her friends, get reincarnated in the new universe, while people who didn't die are simply transported to the new universe like Emporio. So GER didn't think Giorno's life was in danger and simply let it happen.
so you are saying that anyone that can create a Big Bang should bypass it? ok
>while people who didn't die are simply transported to the new universe like Emporio.
Joseph outlived everyone then.

forever, but yeah
>GER literally reverts their deaths to zero
That assumes he can even bring most of the characters posted in this thread close to death.
the only way we have been shown to counter GER is reality alteration through The World Over Heaven
so any character that can control reality can match him
see
>The horseshoe-shaped object floating around her head Is a memory aid device.
>In the JoJo canon, not a fanfic, GER is unbeatable
Pucci beat him and Giorno was unable to prevent the literal end of the universe.
he didn't die from the reset and it got reverted anyway
The reset did not get reverted, it just got reset again after Pucci's death. The people at the end of part 6 are not the same people.
Rohan chapters literally show Rohan and other characters still being the same people after 2012.
nta, but are you referring to part 9? If so, parts 7-9 are not the same as the post-reset universe at the end of part 6, it's a completely different AU
TSKR moron
That's objectively wrong. Pucci explained it already, MIH affected those who died DURING the reset. Jolyne and co were changed because they died and had their fates altered by Emporio.
...What happened to Josuke and his friends? And Jotaro died, so... what the frick happened to DIO?
everything still happened like before except Pucci doesnt exist
The Rohan spinoff even has Rohan still with Heaven's Door and all the other characters still the same
So...the "change"
is kind of pointless, no?
They're the only ones that change since they're not affected by Pucci's fate/gravity anymore.
Not really. DIO's curse ends after Part 5 and Joestars are no longer fated to fight evil.
We don't know that for sure. We don't know Giorno's fate post part 6. For all we know, Araki forgot that Giorno existed
if there's no body, there's no proof
actually, araki forgot
>Oh shit I made the main villain way too powerful.
>Sure, guess that will do, I want to work on the next part already.
Diavolo isn't even that powerful, they could have beat him using Polnareff's trick.
Sol Badguy. He traveled to the past, fought and saw his past self get killed by Ino, which should also kill the present Sol, yet it didn't, so I guess GER wouldn't affect him that much.
Literally any vidya god with reality warping wins
>M-Muh GER
Don't mean shit when fighting someone who can negate all things
10 bucks jodio can use alchemy and create gold out of air
explain why Giorno doesn't auto-beat gay priest's world reset.
Because golden experience requiem is not a 24/7 transformation. He turned back to golden experience base form after the fight and giorno would need to use the arrow again to transform it back.
Giorno wasn't in the area
Time acceleration by itself is not harmful.
Tooru isn't vidya yet but he's definitely stronger.
Realistically they just couldn't fight each other. Anything WoY tries GER cancels, anything GER tries WoY throws another more insane fated bad luck thing at him. Seems like a goofy situation.
Any time traveller can remove Giorno from existence.
>travel back in time
>don't let giorno get the arrow/kill him before he GERs
Alternatively, wait for GER to run out.
but then he says "no" cause that time travel would cause his death
It's never stated he can revert any indirect attacks back to zero. If you kill him before he GERs you win.
>Go back in time to remove Giorno
>Which means in the future there would be no Giorno
>Which means you don't go back in time
>But the only reason he doesn't exist is because you went back in time
Good job dipshit, you just created a paradox.
>he is bound by the whims of time
You are weak.
>he is bound by time
It happened in part 3, 4, 5, and 8 now, and I have no doubt Jojolands will have the same problem.
>no mention of part 7

BUT ENOUGH ABOUT JOJOLION
>Gyro kills a guy for stealing some money at the start no problem
>Has qualms later on in a life or death fight because MUH MANS' WORLD
>"Johnny, did I ever tell you we have the perfect rotation technique and its tied to riding horses? No, well good thing I just told you right before we go fight Valentine who has a power we cannot beat without it"
>All of High Voltage
7 is extremely overrated. I guess some good art, fun fights and cheap emotional tricks is all it takes to win over the average weeb.
You think yourself as an intellectual but yet, you are here in a Ganker thread that is discussing who is more powerful Kirby or GER.
Gyro's death is incredibly moronic as Johnny just stands there with one of his steel balls (just to nerf him because frick you) doing absolutely nothing for 5 minutes with Valentine's back completely exposed
You're thinking of part 8
Valentine got raped and Johnny didn't even beat Diego, the infinite spin and act 4 while overpowered weren't asspulls like "same type of stand" or whatever in the actual frick that bubble Gappy pulled of his ass was.
Because Araki always wants to include cool shit he recently saw, even if it would create plot holes. Why does Dio have Hermit Purple in the early parts of Stardust Crusaders, but then never uses it after that and relies solely on The World?
its one of two things, 1. its Jonathans stand or 2. its a leftover from when The World was going to have the power of all stands
and for the second thing, Dio would be too prideful to use Hermit Purple
it was suppose to be jonathan's stand "the passion"
dio stair to heaven from the last jojo game.
Usogui
Danganronpa v3
Stone Ocean has a fine ending
Can’t you just shoot him in the head before he notices you or does his stand activate automatically?
GER has its own consciousness, GER was doing its ability on its own volition
The stand has it's own sentience separate from Giorno.and his speed is "none" and by none it's infinite, yeah I know, it's moronic. The bullet wouldn't even hit Giorno because GER would activate his ability and nullify the shot from happening in the first place.
Its implied his stand gains free will. In his fight against diavolo, he didnt even know what happened during diavolo's time skip, he didnt die because his stand is immune to everything and saved him. If you let dialovo use the arrow to turn his stand into golden experience requiem, you're finished.
Giorno use the arrow***
Kratos
My character. I just made up a character who auto-wins every battle. So he'd win. He beats Giorno. Damn, what a cool character, huh? Maybe try a different character and I'll tell you if he can beat mine. Sound like a fun game? Good luck!
explain why jotaro didnt just ora the priest to death in the first time stop in part 6.
Because of that dead weight Jolyne.
Would Funny Valentine be affected by GER if he was inside Love Train?
I think so, Johnny could break through the barrier with Tusk Act 4's spin energy, which is infinite, so I guess GER with it's none-but-actually-infinite power could also do that, or he could just revert Funny from ever reaching the corpse parts and activating.
anyone with no killing intent
snake with a custom foxdie wins just by breathing in his general direction
>Name one vidya character that could defeat X
Picrel, as always, no exceptions. He has his own fighting game.
>b-but GER can nullify attacks
Joke characters will always beat serious characters. The entire point of the show -and his in-game appearance- is that he can punch an enemy to death, usually in one-shot, regardless of their abilities.
The anime and manga redraw suck so much anus its unreal.
>tries to punch GER
>ends up punching himself infinitely, repeatedly killing himself over and over again.
>tries to punch ger
>ends up punching himself
>knocks his body into ger, one shotting him in the process
OPM DOES take itself seriously. It just interjects shitty jokes here and there to maintain the facade of being a parody when it's just another battle manga.
OPM started as parody only to become the very thing it mocked.
Goku before unlocking his Super Sayain transformation? He would just get his willpower and actions reverted to zero.
Why only before Super Saiyan?
So which version of Goku are you using exactly?
I'm not the anon you replied to originally.
>hasn't been posted yet
Pretty sure GER would nullify whatever he writes.
in part 6, why is stopping time affected by accelerating time? during the ability, time is not moving.
araki forgot?
MiH accelerates the time during which time is stopped
...Don't think too hard about it
TIME is STOPPED. It's the same fricking reason Dio's knives stop inchest from Jotaro's face and don't kill him in stopped time.
No it was definitely C-Moon. Granted he is midway through unlocking MiH.

Yeah that's what got me then. It was during the transition. He said he was already opening the "door" so my recall just took it as MiH already being there.
>Places a conceptual barrier between Giorno and GER
>They aren't linked anymore and Giorno is now a regular guy
B- But Yukari can't see stands!
>As soon as the fight starts, she realizes that she is being attacked by an invisible enemy
>Removes the barrier between visible and invisible
B-But GER can just reset the fight as soon as the barrier is about to be placed!
That is debatable, does placing a conceptual barrier count as an attack? Even if it we count it as one, it would activate and Yukari would be able to see the time reversal, just as Diavolo did and could simply remove the barrier between past, present and future, and it just wouldn't work anymore
Kneel.
a conceptual barrier between Giorno and GER
>>They aren't linked anymore and Giorno is now a regular guy
Yeah most touhou characters could defeat GER, I think Reimu could also defeat the stand with her being able to "Fly away from reality" ability.
Maybe he could win a few fights actually, it depends on how it would play out. But yeah, Yukari is complete bullshit and I can't even think of any character that can beat her besides Simon from Gurren Lagann and other bullshit characters
>"No!"
Any vidya character that has meta conscience could get someone IRL to murder Araki before the fight takes place.
Why didn't GER stop Pucci from fricking up the universe then?
Beacuse it doesn't count as an attack on Giorno, so it woudn't activate
GER isn't up 24/7. Giorno wouldn't need to use GER that often after becoming a mafia boss with legions of trusted bodyguards and stand users like Mista.
real answer, GER doesn't work vs non focused attacks.
Because Araki is a hack and his idiot editor at the time forced him to briefly mention that Giorno being in Florida is a possibility just in case they needed him to intervene. Also even if he was in Florida he couldn't do jack shit unless he knew exactly who was doing MiH and where this was happening.
Giorno was not mentioned in the manga's original run. What you're referring to was an addition by the volume releases.
the ENTIRE WORLD was accelerating. Don't you think Giorno would realize "something is wrong" and activate his stand?
Activating his stand wouldn't do anything.
GER doesn't work worldwide.
He was busy at Disney World
KirbyBlack folk are insufferable.
Me with this:
Hey Giorno how's yo momma tonight, i heard she liked big stiffs? Oh wait she's already a big stiff CUZ SHE DEAD. *turns 360 degrees and walks away*
>I want to be able to defeat Gold Experience Requiem.
Woops, forgot to include my image.
So Strelok, you wish to be able to defeat the famous mafia boss Giorno Giovanna and his stand Gold Experience Requiem? Your wish, is granted.

HOLY SHIT, NO WAY

Is zero times infinity zero or infinity?
Zero multiplied by anything is zero.
its bordering on infinite zero!
oh my god, she's ingesting the s2 engine
I think it matters which one is 'faster.' lim x-> ∞ (x) * lim x-> 0 (x) is different than lim x-> ∞ (x^2) * lim x-> 0 (x)
Isn't GER just "go back to zero"? Like the "stop" button? Can you return from infinity?
Me, the player character
I assume GER doesn't make Girono immortal.
Any character that is effectively immortal can just wait until Giorno dies, or if they can manipulate time, accelerate it until he does.
Demonbane
Alucard from Hellsing after consuming Schrodinger.
>b-but there isn't any official Hellsing game so he isn't vidya!
He appears in COD: Warzone 2 so he's vidya now.
In verse Joseph would trick him into using it on himself
>name a character that can beat nonsense magical asspull "I win" superpower
Giorno's stand is one of the weakest written ones in the entire JoJo. It's just plain lazy.
>Araki refuses to have a fun creative way to beat KC
>Does Requiem
>OK, at least Giorno unlocking Requiem means KC is nullified
>Initial thought was "Oh shit, he can just skip time back to the starting point so Diavolo can't erase time anymore"
>No, the fight is over right away and Diavolo gets the worst ending of all time, undeserved
I was mad. To be fair though, KC is just a bad stand for fights. He'll just erase time so you have to prepare some 11 second plan so at the 11th second he might get hit and even if you do hit him, he will just activate KC right away and erase the rest.
i feel like the climax of the most of jojo's final fights are generally quite weak
jojo is very much an "it's the journey not the destination" kind of thing
i think kira and funny valentine were probabaly the best final fights
The Funny Valentine fight is kino because it ends in a fair gunfight and not characters's stands one-upping each others with their bullshit powers.
It's not like King Crimson was without counters, Araki simply gave a frick all and wrote himself into a corner with GER so Giorno is forever written out of the series because his stand is too powerful.
sans undertale
>Oh that's a nice trick you have there, homosexual.

Wait, I'm partly wrong about that, Parallel Self is the one you get from doing Barrett's quest which summons an alternate universe version of yourself
Vampire Hunter D

Why did jojo fell off?
Anime wise, Shitflix killed Jojo Friday and Part 6 is not as beloved anyway and a cheaply made adaptation doesn't help that.
Manga wise, the break after Jojolion and Jojolion's dogshit ending.
The best thing that could happen for Jojo right now is finding someone willing to give Part 7 the budget and quality it deserves.
Part 5 killed Jojo. Even with the translation issue being fixed there was already signs of burnout and it being divided into two cours just made anons like me cash out.
It's when the art style started to dip.
No Part 5's art was still fine. Not even close to Part 7's mid/late (?) sameface shenanigans.
What's up with part 9? The threads seen to hate it.
I honestly couldn't tell you, I've had no interest in reading it or reading threads about it.
Jojo of that part's brother dresses like a woman with silicone or something if I recall correctly. Identity politics ragers on here got mad and identity politics twittertards were being obnoxious about it.
part 9 is pretty okay so far its just starting off real slow especially with the whole monthly release thing
? I dont browse Ganker but when the last chapter came out there was a chapter dumpthread with everyone enjoying it
Yeah we all have interviews from the wiki. Where he says hints it's more in regard to pretense.
Pretense being how there was going to be a scenario where he goes more into the scene, but Araki's saying that's not what he was aiming for.
Because of that it's more along the lines of.
>How about the glimpses we've seen? Like when Josuke met his past self? (In regards to the still in progress Part 4)
>Ah, that's not related to it. (How the story will end up)
>It's not related to it!?
>That's just Josuke's memory
It shows that he was still thinking about how to end Part 4. Just like he did in Part 6, he just changed the execution and ideas of what he wanted to do if he felt it would be better for the story in the long run.
monthly releases may frick a manga if every couple chapters don't hook readers
Three slogs and they are out
Seems fine to me so far, but I haven't read all of it because I don't care for monthly manga releases. It seems like it's going well so far, still, Jodio is a good protagonist.
>quality it deserves
SBR is by far the shittiest arc. Ugliest art, no structure, washed up minor villains. Also, Stone Ocean's anime wasn't really any worse than 3 or 4.
>muh jojo friday
Marketing error on Netflix's part, but whatever. Parasocial relationships are fricked.
Most smt protags could probably do it, since killing gods and shit is their thing
Sora
>GER activates
>Reaction command called "Break" or some shit appears over command menu.
Jotaro with his "it's the same type of stand as Star Platinum" bullshit.
why didn't king crimson infinitely dodge GER's counter attacks?
>try to ora me
>no
Because GER shut King Crimson down.
better question, why not just ZA HANDO pucci out of existence?
Any other character from ASBR technically. GER in that game is just a big transformation like MiH is on Pucci, very stupidly OP but it's still possible for him to get killed even if it's someone like Speedwagon, Stroheim, or picrel.
>there will never be a baoh sequel
So how would the unborn children in this new world experience Pucci’s “heaven”?
Pucci was the only one who could escape his "fate" after the resets. Every other living being was doomed to repeat the exact same actions and consequences forever.
every time I see something about GER, I instantly remember how poorly written and bad /anime/ must be for it to have such a huge fanbase. There's neither a reason nor logically (in terms of how the power works) or philosophically (in terms of such a power existing) for this crap, and every time you read more about it, it gets 10 times worse. Batman becoming a god and Batman who Laughs is Shakespeare, Aristotle, Homer, Dostoevsky compared to this
holy shit, you're moronic.
Nice cope jojotroony
Lisa Lisa sexo.
There are Daffy Ducks videogames, so he would just reach out and erase Giorno from existence.
When you're already starting at zero, you can only go up.
I've thought about that, I considered since it wasn't targeted towards Girono GWR didn't consider it a threat to him.
It is settled, nobody has presented a valid stronger alternative. GER is canonically the strongest character on Ganker
I don't think giorno could beat a character like beatrice
>demonbane made of kellogs actually exists
Jesus beats everyone in JoJo, dude's been dead for two thousand years and his corpse alone is enough to power up Ticket to ride/Love train
Jesus is the best stand user because he can forgive you despite everything you've done.

i would turn them both out and kick their head into the dirt. the real gold experience requiem will be me pissing on giornos grave. im older, uglier and more bald than giorno and i will give his stand corrective rape and then use it to turn his will to fight back into 0
UH GERgayS???? WHY DIDN'T HE JUST HECKIN TURN TO HECKIN 0 HIS FISTS? Could it be it's just an overhyped meme ability?
Because it doesn't work on people much stronger than him
EOH is fanfiction.

The biggest question has always been how does KC interact with time stop?
What about Wonder of You? Can any videogame character defeat him?
Whwt does he do?
if you try to or even think about going towards him or do anything to him "calamity" gets attracted to you
basically anything that can go wrong will go wrong
He works pretty similarly to Bite the Dust, basically anything or anyone that might try to harm the stand user is met with calamities (extreme bad luck). It doesn't extend just to physical harm though, even just trying to find out more about the stand user is enough to trigger calamities as well as just standing or being near it.
I guess it depends on the extent of this bad luck
He just does
He wouldn't even make it past Johnny, let alone Giorno. Go Beyond is a literal shit Tusk act 4.
>He wouldn't even make it past Johnny
Johnny literally died trying(and failing) to break the curse his son was afflicted with
Frick, Araki even confirmed Toorus the strongest villain in all of jojo in the last jojolion volume. You have to be at least multiversal+ to contest wonder of u since go beyond is outerversal
>josuke actually comes up with a clever way to beat him by forcing him Wonder of U to approach him instead of the other way around
>it just devolves into Wonder of U throwing bug insects and a josuke getting power up to save the day
I actually liked The Wonder of U fight until the insects came out.
These are the most powerful characters ever according to VSBW
>All of those SCPs
Here it is with SCPBlack folk removed
>Most of them are just God or parodies of God
Kek
Any character that's at least 4D or resists reality warping should be able to defeat GER easily, since GER is babby tier when it comes to reality warping. Also most of them aren't vidya Anon.
Wouldn't every character here that can defeat GER also make short work of Wonder of You?
>senorita dido
>dr.bright
You know, I never really got what the whole TRUE MAN'S WORLD thing was about or why it affected Gyro so much.
Well it's actually easy. Put poison in one of his drinks a few days before it happens.
Kiryu would beat him just by Tiger Drop
it negates all damage so he'd win eventually
Nuh-uh! My Gold Experience Requiem would revert all actions and willpower of Kiryu back to zero and kick his butt! 🙂
Tiger Drop negates all damage so Gold Experience Requiem would get negated, take massive damage and probably get knocked back
Me.
"Take your pills, schizo,"
Dante and Vergil would survive all the GER scenarios if they ever got hit. Not like that would ever happen if they're in cutscene mode.
i'm just glad they finally put my boy abbacchio in ASBR
I don't know why they made such a big deal about him copying moves in EoH when he ended up like that.
Ethan could take him
the entire fricking world was affected. Giorno would know. all he has to do is activate GER and instantly, he wins.
GER doesn't get 'activated', it acts of its own volition, without Giorno's input, to counter attacks made against him.
it ruins his job as boss and alters the lives of his crew. GER should have countered it.
I think it's only direct attacks, or possibly deliberate harm against him, but not 'This thing that's happening is bad for Giorno's goals'. It wouldn't attack politicians for making shitty policy for example.
it's rewriting time, GER would have beat Kira's ability too
Giorno was taking a nap at the time
