Nah she's ugly. They slapped random colors on her clothes, and it looks moronic. Her eyes don't match up with any other protagonist before or after her and they're devoid of any soul. For some reason they gave her side burns, because that's what you want in a girl. Her shoes look like they'd be used in that 'what are those' meme because they look ridiculous. And last but not least, combining buns and twins tails is probably the worst look you could go with. Objectively it's a god awful design

There are literally 0 random colors on her design. Every color found in one spot is found on another. Her shoes have yellow laces. Use your eyes to look at the whole image instead of the tiny details triggering your autism.
I think it’s more of just how Japanesey Rosa looks like while being the protagonist for an America-inspired region.
