XII is the best.
G'night lads
You can’t go wrong with 5, 10, 12 or 13
But 13 is a whole trilogy so maybe not as your first game
What about 7?
The original is the full 7 and the remake is only a portion of that
>12 or 13
both are garbage
6/7/9/10 are all good, just pick one and see if you like it.
V, Vii, or IV if you want the msot BAIC ass JRPG possible
Play 1, skip 2, play 3-9, skip 10, consider 11 but it's a pay-to-play MMO, so optional, play 12, skip 13, 14 is same as 11 except good, skip 15, play DMC4 if you want to check out 16. Consider playing also Bravely Default.
1, 6, 7, or 10.
12 is worth mentioning but its also pretty far from a traditional jrpg. also dont play the 7 remake until after you play 7.
just start with 1 and go from there tbh, it still holds up well enough and you can see how the series evolves over time then can see where it all goes wrong.
shut up homo. just play final fantasy 6 you homosexual.
You will not be able to appreciate 2's story if you haven't played 1. So 1, then 2. Have fun.
The best starting point arguably is VII or X, those are the most popular and easily accessible FFs. IV and VI are also good starting points but aren't as popular. After that, V, IX, and XII are very worth playing.
Listen to this guy but also play the Tactics games they're cool too
8. 8 is pretty rad.
this but unironically
7 is overrated, only pedos/furries like 9 and 10 is a cutscene corridor with a 10 hour tutorial
Anything pre-7
5 to 10 are all great. Everything after that is dogshit
>Google says 10, do you agree?
No, IV is the best starting point. I don't like the game much but it is the best entry point.
6, 7, 8 or 10
then, depending which one you liked most will decide which other ones you'll go on to play
Start with VII if you don't mind old grpahics, VI if you like 2D pixel art games, or X if you're a zoomer.
I would say 1, 4, 6, 7, 9, 10 are the ones that are really worth playing.
Each is their own games, easiest to play is 13(going down corridors) puts the setting in a good perspective, some okay characters, and some whiny shits you'll want to burn(hoe), if you are more to oldschool jrpg types 1+ 2, if you want many classes/class upgrades 3 or 5, the middle road is 7, 10 is odd but fun, 15 for the casualized open world experience(prettiest of the games) if it's for good stories probably 9 or 12 or 4-6, if it's music most of them but I actually prefer 13s
Start with either 6 or 7 and then play 1, 3 ,4 ,5 ,9 and 10
Then do 8, 12 and 15 if you want more.
Play 2 and 13 if you just want to round out the singleplayer games.
Not 2
Not 7 graphics might be a turn off
Not 8 unless you're emulating it and have a turbo button
Not 11
Not 12
Not 14
Not 15
Not 16
If you purely want gameplay play 10-2 has the best system despite being easy
13 is just easy with some difficulty spike bosses, don't play it if you're good at these style of games
4, 6 and 9 are straightforward in terms of having to think about how to rock your party
10 you have access to your whole party mid combat pretty much. Shpere grid might filter, but it's simple when it clicks.
(also use the simple grid)
The first one
10
4 is best 2D start
10 is best 3D start
Uh let's see, you're on Ganker and you're a fricking moron who uses israelitegle in the Year of God 2023 A.D., so... I'd go with 9 or 8, maybe 2 or LR. All trash you should enjoy, goyim homosexual.
FF1
FF5
FF6
or FF10
Genuinely might as well start with 1 though. The pacing of the game his high. The game isn't too long. It unsurprisingly is very "core" to what the rest of the franchise is (for the first 10 entries at least).
Make a party. Explore the overworld. Find paths of progress and paths that'll make you stronger. Adventure. And win.
