New build of OOT PC port is out with a frickton of features, uncapped FPS, randomizer, D-Pad items, Quality of life shortcuts, customizable HUD etc.
Once various texture packs and Master Qust are added it'll be the difinitive version of the game and Miyamoto will be spinningg in his grave.

The only thing with these guys is they are cramming a frickton of features in. It wouldn't surprise me at all with the higher FPS if they don't put in a VR mode and a playable fleshed-out version of that Triforce hack just for the frick of it.
I just hope they don't overclutter it.
Additional randomizer sanities are confirmed to be in development.
Asset replacement, including textures, sounds, and potentially even models, was confirmed to be one of the next big features, likely to be included with Version 4.
Multiplayer will come later but has been implied to be more advanced than Modloader's OOTO by virtue of allowing player interaction (PVP was confirmed). Further details are unknown.
Custom scripts seem to still be slated for the end of the year.

Go do downloads and get the rachael alpha. Unzip everything to a folder somewhere.
You also need this particular rom so put that in the folder too:

Open OTRGui and open the rom through it and patch. Make a shortcut of soh somewhere and away you go. f1 opens the menu of features.

Random question here from a techlet. When they finish the MM decomp will it be possible for them to make a mod that joins the two games together as one thing?
I'd imagine it's entirely possible. It might be easier for them to patch MM's engine with OOT than the other way round but I don't see why not.

Could work for first-person aiming since the 3DS version used gyro iirc, but moving the hand away just for that is probably not worth the bother

stupid question, can any shitbox PC run this port? my mom has an absolute shitter of a PC that feels like it's gonna break down when you right click on the desktop, but I'd love to install this and let her play OOT again. I used to love watching her play it on our N64 when I was a kid
OoT running on an emulator could probably be run on a smart toaster, doubt this is significantly mroe demanding
