Okay so I guess there's literally nowhere else on the internet to ask this... Did anyone ever manage to find the textures for that wall so you can edit them?
I kept looking in the game files myself, but these devs are some sneaky frickers. The flag itself is not a mural, they're the same wall texture copy-pasted several times with another layer of different colors applied to them to make this. I can't find anything.
It's the last missing piece of the puzzle. The only thing left to mod out of Spider-Man 2018 to make it finally playable.

The arab world removes gay stuff from their localization due to beliefs over there or out right bans it, seeing as their is a ps4 release of spiderman it be safe to assume that the offending content would be removed.

there are lots of 'texture' files that are desaturated and without color for the purposes of 'customization' - that is to let players recolor the costumes/vehicles/whatever themselves.
the places the color would go to are coded as configuration files (probably similar to a json) specific to the recolorable texture(s).
tldr you should be looking for hex or rgb colors codes that match red yellow green blue and purple
also i might be talking out of my ass here, so take it with a pinch of salt

I didn't make that mod so I can't exactly fix it. If anyone remembers that one website that hosts all the mods deleted from Nexus, it's there. It's just named "HH" for Human Holocaust.
So far I've only made some mural replacements and the homosexual flag to confederate flag mod, which looks weird in New York but whatever, I like the flag.

This might not be a texture. Probably just material multiplied by a different color, so it's going to be UV map based.

But while it would take an upclose picture, it's not like it's just the same texture with different colors, there seems to be some kind of paint edges, so there's certainly an overlay.
You can probably look for a picture that looks kinda like pic related anon. Look for any monochrome texture of a shape with smoothed edges, and just paint it entirely white to remove the painted effect. And depending on whether these files have decent names or not, look for "paint" related keywords.
Upon closer inspection, there is a paint texture on top of it, look for the same marks as those highlighted on all colors. This is the texture you need to find.
Actual colors are probably bound to building geometry, so it's a bit more elaborate than a texture swap, but you can certainly make that paint pattern entirely transparent, or draw swastikas on it, you decide.

never played it, but if changing localization to russia doesn't remove it, the file your looking for will be compressed, likely without an extension to indicate the type and you might need a third party visualizer to list/alter it. windows won't index as files within folder because it appears to it as files within files. so it wont show up even as mentions in deep searches. make sure you set to unhide all files and folders. hope it helps
