Nice pew pew cowboy game. Playing the Xbox version at 60fps. The shooting feels nice but the enemies can be a bit dumb, and for some reason my headshots rarely land. The girl character also has a nice butt.
Duels can be hard. How am I supposed to win against three guys?
>The girl character also has a nice butt.
im sold
Played the PS2 version on deck.
Liked the game but the boss fights were so annoying.
>Duels can be hard. How am I supposed to win against three guys?
Frick that part. Good thing save states made retrying so fast
>on deck
You're homosexual, anon
He didn't say he owned a Switch thobeit
The character designs by Akiman really stand out. Honorary Japanese game.
Wish Capcom stayed on the project after giving it to Rockstar
the capcom trailer for this game looked like fricking garbage, what we got is way better than that
nta but wasn't like 80~90% of the game done by the time R* got it?
These last stages kind of ruin the game. The dueling system doesn't seem functional and winning duels seems like luck.
>red dead revolver
>you don't even shoot communists
>or indians
Actually you shoot Indians in some levels and also play as one.
Thanks! I actually just beat it and am replaying on Hard now. It's a good game but needed some extra polish here and there I think.
But now I'm in a western mood and wanna try the Jesse James light gun game on PS2 and pic related.
>gun
I played this game a lot back then. Holister was the hardest boss if you played on the hardest difficulty because he had Ned's gun which one shotted you at full health
>GUN
I loved it as a kid but upon replaying it a couple years ago I think it's kind of shit. The plot seems really incomplete in the later half and the game feels kind of shit to control. I love western games so it still holds a place in my heart but there was just too much shit to ignore for me to say it's good.
>The plot seems really incomplete in the later half
It’s been 15+ years since I’ve played it, but I remember thinking that too but never saw anyone else say it. I wasn't sure if I missed a bunch of content or it was tied to difficulties or something.
Maybe it is tied to higher difficulty but the base game wasn't good enough for a repeat playthrough on a higher difficulty. It sets up what feels like is going to be this grand story spanning multiple decades but then it just kind of boils down to "the butthole is here go kill him" and nothing really feels resolved. Call of Juarez which came only a year or so later is a much better game in basically every regard but is mostly forgotten, whereas even people I know who barely played video games were big GUN fans for some reason.
Try out dead mans hand on xbox or pc. Creative score fps
what a great game OP. I have fond memories of playing this game when it came out on the ps2. So much so I remember playing it 3 times, all the way through, in a row. I don't think I have ever done that with a video game before. Never played it on the og xbox though....wonder what the difference is. Anyway, have fun!...it is a really great game if you can...no pun intended, get fully locked into the mechanism of the red eye.
I played this when it was newish and I gotta say it didn't leave a lasting impression on me in any way. I cannot remember a good or bad thing about this game.
>HE'S ON THE LIVRY
This game is peak your-friend-brought-it-over-and-forgot-it-then-moved-to-another-towncore
it's too bad they don't let you replay every level as any character
