Reminds me of how Smash can't even get characters from the same franchise to be proportionally consistent. Link and Young Link are all messed up when standing side by side. Other human characters from different series like Zelda and Ken look really weird as well.
Smash Bros has size discrepancies too but at least it feels correct. Pikachu still feels small and Bowser still feels big even though there are height inconsistencies everywhere. Danny was a giant in the first game and Jenny's a midget in this one. It sticks out more for some reason.

Multiversus is drawing from almost all of WB's properties while NASB is limited to Nick toons, and even then, is barred from using Fairy Odd Parents and most Rugrats characters. Even if Multiversus was restricted to just Cartoon Network reps, it would still have stronger roster potential.
If NASB came out with this super big feature packed launch, it might have had a fighting chance but unfortunately the devs had neither time, budget, nor real manpower.
