It's one of the very few things that actually worked in 4(and H2A by extension), because it had high DPS but also lots of spread so you couldn't challenge scoped weapons with it like you can in 5 or Infinite.

Hugh literally brought new players into the community. There are definitely more mains for him than Lincoln. I see multiple Hugh mains in tourneys while I never see Lincoln in high level play.
