After finishing stage 3-3 it'll open up in the ark menu under Tribe Tower along with the other manufacturer towers and the generic tower. The manufacturer ones are open on certain days of the week with all of them being open on Saturday and you can only use nikkers from those manufacturers and the regular tribe tower you can use anyone.

It's been a long time since I unlocked them so I honestly forgot that it locked theirs to later story progression. Either way, with just two pilgrims you'll be able to chip away at it for a good while since you're starting from floor 1. As a newer player myself as well one thing i like about this game is all the free shit they throw at us with some of these events. Like in honkai star rail you are lucky to get a free pull from an event banner but here they just throw tickets at you like it's going out of style.
They went crazy with the anniversary. Originally planned to give out like 120 rolls between advanced and regular vouchers and then threw 30 more advanced vouchers at us because they one various awards from some places. Then another sync slot, a decent pilgrim with enough copies to MLB her and a few other things I forget, it was great.

Maxwell and Centi are great, Pepper is good if you need healing, Laplace is usable. The only real issue Missilis has for tower is lack of a screen cleaner to deal with waves of trash mobs.

Nikkes with working NIMPHS can't harm humans or other Nikkes. Nikkes of the same model grow to hate each other if they have to work on the same team, to the point of approaching a mindswitch. Commanders get shuffled to other teams to prevent attachment to their Nikkes.

They just underestimated how smart and how perpetually pissed off Crow is. She is Syuen's answer to Mustang essentially regulating the entire criminal underworld, but Crow has no interest in control or reform, she sees the whole ship as rotten to the core and needing to be destroyed. She makes both Syuen look dumber and Mustang smarter.

What's a good source of credits? It has been the most consistent progress block for me by far. I took core dust as a reward just about all the time, but now I'm past the 200 barrier and haven't needed it in weeks.
Almost all your resources come from either boxes(which you should hoard and only open once you need some to get over a hurdle, and only just enough to) and from the base regen.

I have no idea what that first green canister thing is. The boxes are various resource selectors. You can tap them to see what they give you without actually using them. The ones with character portraits are extra cores for limit breaking the related nikkes, there's no reason to hang on to them so just limit break them on their character screens. The diamonds are molds, all but the purple one have higher chances to give SSRs (lmao), purple one is higher chance for SRs. The green and red hexagons are resources to level support things in the outpost. Same as character cores, you should just use those right away since they provide buffs to the associated character types and manufacturers.

the orange ones you have 52 each of give fixed amounts of skill upgrade materials, open them as there's no point in hoarding those
hold onto the orange one you have 470 of, those are elemental books you need for upgrading higher levels of nikkes' skills and bursts, you don't need to open those until you need more of a specific element when you're doing upgrades
the remaining crates that don't have an hour label on them give you more of the resource boxes, so it's fine to open those as well

The bunnies mess up Dorothy's last bullet effects since they increase max ammo and also do a partial reload when they burst so sometimes it might be better to use Liter. I haven't noticed it mess her up that much but something to keep in mind if you're building another team. She works really well with Privaty since she cuts everyone's max in half on burst.
modernia is excellent for general use while scarlet is more for bossing, i'd recommend waiting until closer to the end of the roll period but if you're going to do it anyways there's far worse ways to use mileage than modernia
