volume is the biggest prostitute in this game and I can’t wait to reroll for her
Having watched it seems like about a third of the SSR units had good ass jiggle, which is a little bit lower than one would expect. A big thing that I kept seeing was units that could have had a good jiggle had a weapon that didn't really allow it. Rocket launchers, grenade launchers, bolt snipers were the worst about this.
The second issue was the designs. A lot of them had coats, jackets, or hair that ended up blocking the ass a lot. It's like they didn't think about it in the design phase or just didn't care, and I'm not even talking about the magical skirts that hugs the ass like shit to a blanket.
In short, stop blocking the ass with bullshit in a game about showing off the ass and if you are going to block it, do it on units that won't have much jiggle anyways.

They thought about it, it's clearly intentional. Why koreans would choose to fight on equal ground with the chinese who are forced to censor is beyond me, they could have had a free win here. The vast majority of characters are not fan servicey.
Anis isn't censored.
You'll have to frick around with settings for a while before it feels right. For example, aim assist will help you snap to enemies but is annoying when you don't suck at aiming and it doesn't let you aim at what you would have manually.
There is no jiggle slider and there isn't that much, but it is there.
The translation is liberal every now and then.
You need to have a varied team set up in order to pull off combos with skills. Skills are designated I, II, and III. After hitting them all you enter burst mode and all your girls aim at your target for more dps.
The lip flaps are kinda basic and make me wonder why they even bothered.
Once you've played a bit, you've played forever. The gameplay doesn't evolve much and skills aren't that interesting. A couple girls let you slow time down as you aim a rocket shot as a skill, but nothing is really that cool.
The gameplay loop will get boring imo after a week or so, and the fan service isn't that high, so I'm worried any the game's longevity. The story is alright but nothing you haven't seen before. Playing this made me want to play Destiny Child. The issue is that Nikke feels less like a step in the right or wrong direction and more like both. More active gameplay after years of that being a common complaint for DC, but way less fav service so despite thinking guns are cool and shit I don't really feel like pulling. Uninstalled beta

Kind of. There are SR and SSR crystals. Once you get 50, you get a free pull for one unit of that rarity. Additionally, every regular pull gets you vouchers for tokens, and those tokens are the same as pulling a merge that character. The highest rarity only takes 3 merges, so as long as you can pull the character you want once, you don't necessarily need to pull them ever again for full upgrades.

Destiny Child got major issues over the years with asiatics quitting but the game is still alive. Nikke might as well be its successor, starting weak but growing fast,maybe with a bit better gameplay rotation. They are likely aiming for a side game gameplay loop rather than a never ending grinding one like DC. Which got worse over the years (Event Story>Ragna>WB>Endless rinse and repeat).

I have last year's Samsung Galaxy, so I can't speak for lower-end stuff, but the game's running very smooth for me, and if there have been FPS dips, they weren't anything noticable. There is a toggle, I think it was 30, 60, and uncapped? I will say though, max graphics settings were very demanding. My phone ran hot, and it was a total battery hog. But even just bumping down to medium settings, the heat issue was gone, and the battery consumption was a third of what it was before.

How good is the auto battle? Is it one of those games where you can just leave it on for everything and be fine or the one where it's so shit it might not even be an option?
Auto is great for stages with normal enemies. For bosses the AI is too stupid to hit those weak spots that appear before a big attack so your teams will get wiped out fast.

I only know that it crashes for me at 40% during the login screen most of the time. When it starts to lag at 40% I just tap or click on the screen until it reaches 41%. Works for whatever fricking reason.

I don't know if it will help or apply, but when I changed the game language to JP from KR on my emulator it would never go past 40%. I had to wipe the data and download the KR pack. No issues with the JP pack on my phone though.
As a side note, I'm quite impressed this game as full voice acting for the main story. Or maybe I'm too used to BA.

apparently it doesn't have stamina? how does that work? is the daily grind comfy?
You do not get exp for units for fights, only for story mission clears or the resources that build up in your base. So while there is no stamina your progress can be stopped by not having enough exp to level up your units.
COOP missions have 3 tries per day, equipment stage has 3 tries, the roguelike mode can be finished once for rewards every day. There is also somekind of tower you can clear for stuff.
So after you fully cleared the story and hard mode you will only be able to do: Your daily stages and event missions.
Not sure if they will add anything else.

It's kinda hard to care about the "they" thing when everything else about the background and setting imply that commanders are exclusively male. At that point, it is kinda weird that "they" is used at all, but whatever.
I know it's easier to just use 'they', but if they're already putting in the player's name occasionally, they could also set the player's gender to be a variable as well. "player_pronoun thanked me for all my help" could be a bit annoying but could totally be done.

Like other anons mentioned, the first units are probably tame so the other units can pass under the censor radar. Volume and Noise (who has thigh jiggle and butt cheeks under short shorts) pretty much lead to this. There's also costumes which are confirmed by this cbt.

None of these fricking emulators work. Bluestacks being the closest by crashing whenever i pick any language.
Bluestacks is weird. I picked Korean and it loaded. You can just change it to japanese ingame.
Also there seems to be some kind of bug at 40% during the login screen. The game lags and closes, but if you start to click the screen as soon as it lags it will somehow load to 41% and finish loading seconds later. So just watch the screen and start to click as soon as it lags.

SR pool is probably small because there is a huge power difference between SSR and SR. SSR have like 3-5k attack more than SR units. The silver currency you get for dupes is also needed for your base. So getting SR dupes just means you got new base upgrades. If they do not give SRs an lvl 200 unlock at one point they will be useless later.
Also I am pretty sure those SRs will get SSR versions at one point. Chapter 1 or 2 mentioned that you can save a Nikke as long as her head is still fine, so putting a a Nikke's head on a new upgraded body should work?

2 for SR and 3 for SSR. Gacha rates are 4% for SSRs on the normal banner and 2% on the friend point banner. You can get 30 friend points per day. Normal Gacha banner lets you select a wish list of 15 characters after 40 pulls. Only those 15 will appear as SSRs. There are also shards from quests and events that you can get or even buy from the shop for ingame money. 50 Yellow shards give you a 60% chance for a SSR, purple shards have a 40% chance I believe.

I like shotguns a lot but they're useless against rear targets. They absolutely shred everything else though.
Snipers are ridiculous if the character has penetration on their skills but the charging feels awful to play.
Weird, I actually like snipers and the charge. You can decide if you rapid fire or use the charge for bigger single target damage. Same for rockets.
Miniguns feel kinda weak? Assault Rifles and SMGs have less bullets but seem to deal as much damage as 300 minigun shots.
I love shotguns, but I might be bias since Mary is my favorite character. I'm going to be sad once the full release is out and I have to reroll for Mary.

I like snipers for long range, but hate playing them. Thankfully the AI does a good job with them. They do have a problem with lots of minions though.
Shotguns seem great for the shield fricker and anything tanky at close-medium range, like those enemies that perma-stun with their beams.
SMG seems meh, but probably good at clearing trash.
AR is an all rounder.
GL is great for clumped enemies, but if they can't 1 shot the group then it feels like shit.

that is midgame not endgame. SRs have a lower level cap so eventually you will need to replace them with fully-uncapped SSRs or get blocked on progression until you can roll more
destiny child progression system isn't like this but there are other games like AFK-Arena where you go through a phase of using max uncapped SRs in midgame until you can gacha enough SSRs to continue. of course that game is very p2w

they copied this system from AFK-Arena. in that game SRs do not count for this.
when it says you need 5 max level characters it to unlock the level enhancement it means you need 5 max-limit-break SSRs
from the sound of it level progression goes like this:

>mid game, 5 SRs uncapped to 160, start praying for gacha dupes on your SSRs because you need them to progress past this
>late midgame, 5 SSRs uncapped 160-200
>endgame, whale-to-progress, you boost your synchro level to 250, 300 etc by increasing the total number of Max Limit Break characters on your account
this is pretty much how afk-arena clones & "idle gachas" work

The fricking elemental system they tacked onto the units is so fricking stupid too, you already have to build your team to work around weapon types/ranges and the 1-2-3 burst mechanic so them adding an extra layer you have to worry about on top of it feels like they're just throwing shit at the wall.

Grave digger's just a shit fight. I don't have a problem with the fight stages, having to choose between dpsing the boss, shooting down missiles or preventing their special attack is fun. Grave digger just jumps around waay too much.
