The new trend with games like Dying Light 2 and Guardians of the Galaxy is to do cloud ports though. Maybe those other previous ports were deemed not worth the investment, it's really up in the air at this point.

LA Noire is 29GB, which allows the entire game to be stored on a Switch Lite and the original model. Not being able to be downloaded onto the Switch without needing to buy a microSD might be the issue because of all the idiots that would purchase it without one. Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5+2.5 HD ReMIX is 60GB because Square is fricking moronic so that's double the size of LA Noire and would only fit on the OLED without seriously gutting all the assets.
Squeenix just sucks at porting. It took them four years to patch Automata on Steam and their PS1 Final Fantasy remasters are like 5GB each.
The Automata port likely wouldn't have happened as well if not for the Xbox port coming out.
In other words, it would take the slightest bit of effort.
It's not that it's technically not possible but the fact that upfront porting costs will be high for that game to run competently on the platform should give anyone pause to predict if a port is coming or not from Atlus.

Persona 5 Strikers looks like ass, has noticeably worse writing (every character is flanderized, the plot is a repeat of P5's but with dindu villains, and the only other thing the party ever talks about is food), the new characters literally just repeat every trope in the series and for some reason the two new party members basically never interact with eachother, and the gameplay is poorly thought out since you can just freely leave dungeons at every check point and immediately come back with restored HP/SP with no penalty, all bosses are health sponges that go on too long (especially the cognitive Joker fight), and the Persona fusion is absolute garbage with the tacked on Persona point system.

i think they did the best they could with translating the fusion system to an action system. i do remember the raidou games having more demons available to play with, but that was also back in the PS2 days when they had a massive backlog of 3d models they could reuse, which freed up more time to at least try to balance them.

All I want is Dark Souls II, Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster and an Assassin's Creed 1 port. I already got Metroid Dread, so I could care less about first-party titles. Barring those aforementioned dream ports and various games I've already pre-ordered ages ago like Bayonetta 3, my Switch collection is pretty much complete. I should have about 50 physical games by the time I'm done. I'm sitting at 34 right now. The Switch is the most fun I've had with a system since the DS. It's the swiss army knife of vidya. Not the sharpest or the strongest, but holy hell is it versatile. It's the very embodiment of a jack-of-all-trades. And for that I love it.
I wish they'd support the Skullgirls port, I have the season pass on PC but I love the game and it's cool to have it portable.
Am I the only one who has no expectations for this? For starters, they're not even to focus on the first-party stuff, which is the main reason to buy anything from Nintendo. Even if they do announce some good third-party games, the Switch is so outdated that it is unlikely they'll feel good to play. So there have been a few updates on things that appear to be coming out for the Switch in 2022 and 2023. There appears to be a Ray- series compilation release being planned foe Switch(and PS4) happening in 2023 as this post here shows

I expect Mario + Rabbids 2 and Three Hopes DLC to get shown off, as I think they count as 'partner' games. Maybe a real release date for Advance Wars, and an unexpected indie crossover like Cadence of Hyrule
