It's a "Final Fantasy" game is name only. Hell, it is not even really called Final Fantasy and is called Strangers of Paradise. It is just Nioh with a Final Fantasy skin. It is definitely awesome though.
I feel like the twist would have worked better if they didn't have those weird data logs you could find from the beginning that basically tells you what is gonna happen.
What twist, they spoiled it in the pre-release trailers and once he was called Garland in-game the only remaining twist was what happens to Lufenians and his friends
I am playing through the game now and I just did the mission where I had to beat up my party members. I am trying to find a 'build' but I am still probably at the part of the game where I just hit auto optimize and go on myself. So far I like Tyrant and Sage as two really fun classes. I'd love to be able to spam magic or just do a ton of damage with my fists, but so far not really sure what to do other than keep going through the story and equipping the highest level gear.
You posted a picture of him kidnapping a woman he loves in a series of infinite timeloops that he orchestrated to raise ultimate warriors who would defeat the Chaos that he willingly became. He's not the "no bullshit" dudebro that people like to pretend he is. He's your typical product of Nojima's crazy writing
Yes, he goes through a pretty big change as the game goes on, but I think everyone appreciates the hilarity of the game until you defeat the fiends. Then the story becomes Nojima insanity.
I spoke to a guy earlier and he told me that Jack's strength isn't anything to write home about
Sounds like an agent of chaos
I need to kill Chaos
Bullshit
this is the best ff game since ff12 and I will fight anyone who disagrees

Of course. I also trust him implicitly.
I respect Jack's strength and trust him implicitly.
i do
Literally the most milquetoast FF protagonist ever.
Implicitly, yes
I inspect Jack’s strength and trust him explicitly.
Of course, and I trust him implicitly.
I explicitly and implicitly respect Jacks strength.
>No bullshit.
Bullshit.
>le "I'm here to kill Chaos"
>is Chaos himself
BRAVO NOMURA, PEAK WRITING RIGHT THERE

I respect Jack's (Dark Knight life leech build) strength
I respect Jack's (Void Knight earthquake spam build) strength
I respect Jack's (Breaker Zantetsuken one shot build) strength

There is actually a ton of all of those things. Do SoP "fans" play the game? He doesn't actually just care about killing Chaos
I don't understand what you mean

it's sarcasm, general autismo. We understand it is complex but we are having "fun".
No, Nioh sucks.
