Because I have a policy against supporting those companies. I need to know if I can safely buy the new release or if I should just stick with the original PC release. Thanks

you can already predownload the game on xbox its real, not to forget that will probably get additional patches day one or after it lsunches while at it
any word on the pricing? ik this is a cash grab but how much of a cash grab? last i checked (2 years ago probably) multiplayer still worked even if it was sparsely populated. but maybe that was from mods. would be nice if it worked with old mods too but i doubt it.
also, is there actually anything added besides a few new maps and two heroes?

It's no big deal, it will probably run on any PC anyways and support controller.

I think EA bought and later shut down pandemic studios, the team behind the original sw battlefront so maybe.
I never played online growing up and loved them regardless. Might get it for Switch and again not play it online ever.

Xbox DLC wasn’t modded into the game, the engine update still isn’t on PC and modders still have to deal with the low memory limits.
I just hope that they will still allow modding.
