the entire trilogy
pretty much anything you could possibly want to change is possible with some mods and setting changes
but most of the settings are preconfigured so you don't have any issues

Having played the first fricking autistically through my childhood and now the remake years later, here's the full list of negative changes: >Charged shots through transparent materials get weird >Flying pirate animations are worse.
Beams still light up dark areas and the lighting is actually volumetric and linked to individual projectiles, instead of just blasting it from their general area in all directions
Most rooms have lighting disabled, and those that do are absolutely pathetic. The charge beam used to light up the environment, this is no longer true.

Yakuza 1&2 HD. It not only made even better quality signs and visuals but it also added some quality of life changes and is the only version that plays at 4K without breaking the lighting. The PS2 version can't go above native resolution without the lighting breaking.

The model for the Fusion Suit looked like ass. You're probably best playing the OG Metroid or ZM elsewhere and the beam effects are still probably better preserved than the Wii release stripping out the charging overlays on the arm cannon. That said, the original Prime already looks great for a 6th gen game even upscaled.
Yeah, Nintendo does that a lot, but their plan wasn't a good one this time considering most of the development leaders for Prime Remastered have already left Retro. The Western games industry is just like that. Nintendo probably didn't expect that to happen since it's not what they're used to
