Pokemon holding a prop should have different forms to fit them when they can inevitably lose said prop in the wild. Like a form where they just not having anything or replacing it by something else.
Facial hair and human jobs are just poor designed because there are other that could fit in there like honchkrow for example but it's pretty subtlety done, so much that when I look at it I'm not necessarily reminded that it's a mafioso with a beard and a hat.
Multiple entities are probably the dumbest, you cannot make multiple pokemons like that where you can just pick one up and put it apart. What does it become then? What's a solo phalinks? Every phalinks known in games are multiple phalinks, so the dex doesn't have a name for one entity alone? Works for all of them.
Legendaries are all out of the discussion because they are one of a kind and thus it's ok if they hold an item for example like zacian because one zacian could lose its sword and it's still zacian as we know it because there's just one zacian.
Calyrex glacier and spectrier is extremely stupid and unpleasant to look at though.
