There is absolutely no reason for any other hardware company to go after emulation curently, even Nintendo doesn't do that because they have nothing to gain from doing so, escpecially since they outright steal code from both ROM dumps and open source projects while trying to piss on them for "breaking the law".
If they go after any other EMU dev, they are going to lose more money than they gain since they'll have to start making their own emulators at worst or 3 new open source projects are just going to pop up after one dies just like what is happening to Yuzu currently

Yuzu got fingered because the crossed the line and Nintendo had sufficient evidence that they were profiting off of their IP vis a vi gatekeeping leaked new releases.
Ryujinx and any other emulator team is still in the clear (even if they are accepting money) as long as they have the fig leaf that their program is not being used to infringe on Nintendo IP or trade secrets.

I unironically never used Yuzu. Ryujinx always worked better for the games I wanted to play. Also, the source code is out there, the only thing that got nuked was their income.

Nintendo isn't doing this out of some sense of morality where some pirates are better than others. That's just a cope used by emulation teams to calm their supporters and contributors down. The main mistake the Yuzu team made was being too mainstream and drawing too much attention. The patreon shit was part of that but not the primary reason Nintendo chose to target them.
The video game industry is hurting at the moment, there have been a lot of big layoffs and projections for many of them look grim.
Most likely someone higher up at Nintendo was tasked with mitigating risk and decided they needed to go after pirates to pinch pennies and protect their theoretical dollars. The coming Switch 2 release also probably contributed since i'm betting they'll lazily release a slightly upgraded version of the switch mostly using the same SDK they currently used. So they want to take these projects down before they get ported over to the new switch.
It's very likely emulators (switch in particular) will continue to take heat in the coming months and more sites or projects could go down. While its unlikely they'll become completely non-existent I would suggest everyone be prepared for things becoming harder to find and if you want them get them while you can.

That depends on how demanding the game you're playing is. And most phones have max clocks of like 2.5+ Ghz nowadays. The switch by contrast is permaclocked at 1Ghz. You're not going to be maxing the CPU out.
