I have a fond memory of playing the Tomorrow Hill stage while my uncle who knew nothing about WarioWare walked in and questioned what the flying frick he was witnessing.
How are they gonna deal with all the kids/parents that will buy this game just to find out that it doesn't work on their Switch Lite? You know it's going to happen no matter how many disclaimers they make. good luck with the refunds.
Motion controls suck about 99% of the time. They don't work well and would have been better of as button inputs instead of a dumb gimmick.
Warioware is the 1% where it actually works both mechanically and in terms of enjoyment.
I'm talking more about Wario's group continuing to grow and making more characters in the "Main" slots.
It's cool and just makes the group feel like a family
The only bad thing about the rap was the fact they wasted the obligatory new WarioWare song on something so short, just so they could easily translate it to every different dub.
One of the best things about Get-it-Together was making an actual story and having a shit ton of character interactions, please keep doing that with this game.
Allow me to redpill you by saying most of the games have had the same amount of story. In GiT, Wario is going around rescuing all his friends, each level is another friend to rescue but they never actually do anything other than say "OK, we gotta beat this level to rescue the next guy", rinse and repeat. The real plot points are the setup intro, the Wario Bug boss, and the Finale boss. The rest is filler.
This is the same structure every other Wario game presents.
Warioware Mini Microgames >Wario gets the idea to start a buisness, buys a computer, friends help >ends with you beating his final level, his friends demanding money, and he loses everything
Warioware Smooth Moves >Wario happens upon a temple with the form baton >Steals it to [profit] >ends up giving it back accidentally
Warioware Gold >Wario gets the idea for a tournament >hosts tournament >loses tournament and all his money
All the flavor is really in the level-to-level mini episodes each character goes through, and if we're talking on that merit GiT along with DIY actually had the weakest writing there because unlike the other games they didn't have resolutions. If they really wanted a functional story they'd integrate the character specific episode plots into the main story, but that will then force either the plot to be homogenized or they'd have to put a lot of effort into integrating character-specific subplots into the overarching story.
Fair enough, Obviously there's more to improve, but it still felt like something was going on along with the microgame-specific stories. It was nice to have and seeing everyone talk to each other was great.
It works more noticeably with Get it together because the gameplay itself is swapping between the characters.
You know what it was I think? Because we have so many of these game levels as mini-character specific episodes we lacked interaction of the cast. As barebones as it felt, we never really see Jimmy Mona or 9Volt ever talk to each other. Since the beginning Warioware felt like an anime setup but never gave us character infractions that are some of the most fun parts of this kind of stoty.
Yeah, as of right now, only the "Groups" seem to interract the most, 9-volts group, crygor's group etc,
Gold did give us the Mix Cutscenes where a bunch of them came together which was nice.
Even in GiT, I liked how Lulu still hates Wario but changes her mood because Cricket was there.
Either way, I look forward to this game interractions
I hope this thing has as much voice acting as gold
I didn't expect Wario Ware of all things to get a competent latam dub, It's a shame Mario barely talks on Get It Together
Get-it-Together's unlockable Gallery had some interesting shit we don't normally see, so I wonder how much of it might end up being in this game.
Shout out to the Rhythm Heaven references too.
I stopped trying after like the 7th cup rotation lol
It's fun but unless it's one of the rare occasions where you get something really strange like double character control it gets kinda old, I hate to say
nice. other than going for high scores that's probably the way to do it.
I might just be autistic, you'd think playing the game with different characters would be fun but I have a hard time going into a level and not picking comfort picks (ashley, orbulon, mike). I hate playing 9volt and Kat, if I don't have to for a challenge or random I never do it.
I just hope there's plenty of new stuff and not just remakes of Smooth Move microgames. Saw the final boss dancing game for multiplayer, that looked cool
That clearly wouldn't work
>Sonychads get new FF kino
>tendies pedos get more wagglan'
Must suck to suck!
What are you on about? Smooth Moves was the best game in the franchise next to Gold, maybe even on par
I have a fond memory of playing the Tomorrow Hill stage while my uncle who knew nothing about WarioWare walked in and questioned what the flying frick he was witnessing.
>SnOY trannies get homosexual sex scenes
>Nintenchads got Wario kino
enjoy your troony egs score game, homosexual.
Looking forward to playing FF16 when it comes out on PC!
It’s a sequel to Smooth Moves, so no.
How are they gonna deal with all the kids/parents that will buy this game just to find out that it doesn't work on their Switch Lite? You know it's going to happen no matter how many disclaimers they make. good luck with the refunds.
literally sync a pair of joycons moron
>squinting at a small screen
This guy.
>needing glasses
boomers need not apply
>>an additional 50$ controller
poor people need not apply
>please understand, you have to get an additional 50$ controller to play the game you just bought
Yeah I'm sure that will stop the refunds.
Nah, get off your ass. You could use the exercise.
Based Wario filtering the fat ugly bastards of Ganker
Sorry Anon, Get it Together was for the babies to enjoy
Now time for real men to enjoy an actual Warioware using the console gimmick as intended
We already have Get-it-Together so making another game that is pretty much a follow up to Smooth Moves on the Wii is pretty great
Smooth moves is super fun, i don't know why people are so against motion controls, i'm guessing they're all fat Americans or moronic
Motion controls suck about 99% of the time. They don't work well and would have been better of as button inputs instead of a dumb gimmick.
Warioware is the 1% where it actually works both mechanically and in terms of enjoyment.
>13-Amp with the group
Yay
>Not Pyoro
Gay, he better show up as a secret again
I do not give a flying frick about Lulu and 13 amp. Her rap battle was the gayest thing in the world. Call me no fun, go ahead
I'm talking more about Wario's group continuing to grow and making more characters in the "Main" slots.
It's cool and just makes the group feel like a family
The only bad thing about the rap was the fact they wasted the obligatory new WarioWare song on something so short, just so they could easily translate it to every different dub.
We did get Penny's anon
Penny did make up for it, but that was a whole game later.
>not playable on switch lite or portable mode
welp, into the dumpster it goes
One of the best things about Get-it-Together was making an actual story and having a shit ton of character interactions, please keep doing that with this game.

As much as I loved Get-it-Together, the post-story unlockables were ass, hope we get more side content shit to do in Move it
I hope this thing has as much voice acting as gold
I didn't expect Wario Ware of all things to get a competent latam dub, It's a shame Mario barely talks on Get It Together
Oh boy, can't wait for Mike to be an absolute dickhead to Crygor for no reason again
At this point the only times I remember Mike not being a dick are his intro level and in Smooth Moves where he never talks.
OH MY GAWD CRYGOR
I MADE THAT UP, GHOSTS ARENT REAL
>game clearly trying to be Smooth Moves 2 for some reason
>wtf what do you mean there's no waggle scheme??
This could be us Mike, but you have to be a giant A-hole
Get-it-Together's unlockable Gallery had some interesting shit we don't normally see, so I wonder how much of it might end up being in this game.
Shout out to the Rhythm Heaven references too.
Incase you guys are wondering, the Wario Cup still rotates and you can still register your ranking score.
I stopped trying after like the 7th cup rotation lol
It's fun but unless it's one of the rare occasions where you get something really strange like double character control it gets kinda old, I hate to say
I started playing Get it together like a month ago, so I revisit it to unlock all the Wario Cup challenges while doing the challenges.
nice. other than going for high scores that's probably the way to do it.
I might just be autistic, you'd think playing the game with different characters would be fun but I have a hard time going into a level and not picking comfort picks (ashley, orbulon, mike). I hate playing 9volt and Kat, if I don't have to for a challenge or random I never do it.
It's much easier to rank highly now that a lot of players have stopped participating.
WarioWare company vacation! Who's getting a song this time?
Holy shit Wario, you are going to twist your spine
I just hope there's plenty of new stuff and not just remakes of Smooth Move microgames. Saw the final boss dancing game for multiplayer, that looked cool
touched>smooth moves>twisted>gold
Smooth Moves was pretty short than the usual Warioware game, I hope this improves it by being a longer main game
'member that dance game in smooth moves? you know which one
did you play that stage with friends?...
