First week of December, it wouldn't be shocking if we get some more tidbits in the next Paldean Winds episode, with their release schedule being bi-monthly.
>he's actually looking forward to more of this slop
Play more games. I'm not going to shill a game for you. You don't even need to get another console. Go on the Switch store, look through the main 60 dollar games, find something you think you'd like, and you will have a much better time than you did with the slop that is SwShit and ScatVomit.
>nothingburger >indigo mask the giant climax being built up to for the past year >the less important teal mask made /vp/ implode with pon e-girl and incel kieran
I don't think Charizard would meaningfully change in Hisui since it's apparent home region of Kanto is so close to Hisui.
I know Cyndaquil is from Johto so it's not overly far flung either but Charizard's a mountain dweller by all accounts while Cyndaquil's line clearly prefers flat terrain.
I played through XY as quickly as possible, and managed to force myself through ORAS after letting it sit for like half a year after launch.
SM was a actually pretty enjoyable, and USUM improved the gameplay.
S&S was thoroughly terrible, but the game was also very short so I finished my pirated copy before it released.
And finally I couldn't even be assed to get more than one badge is SV. The game barely even resembles the games I grew up with on GBA.
>Q1/Spring - Jan Feb Mar >Q2/Summer - Apr May Jun >Q3/Autumn - Jul Aug Sep >Q4/Winter - Oct Nov Dec
Companies don't use the metrological calendar when talking about release windows anon, just as many don't use January to start their Fiscal calendar.
I wonder how preorder numbers are? Lately a lot of Poketubers have been shilling the DLC with sponsored videos that don't actually have anything to do with gen 9 and are pretty obviously just done for the money. The DLC isn't even in the top 30 for preorder son the eshop.
The DLC is released anon. It's not on the "pre-order" list, because you can play half it right now, with the other half part of the purchase price.
I'd also surmise the physical bundle sales are of bigger import to Game Freak - kids won't be getting it 'till christmas if they don't already have it (barring those with birthdays before, naturally) meaning they won't need to buy the DLC until after it, if they don't get the bundled copy first. And then there's the issue of not having a sales update in so long (numbers currently stand to 30th June '23), meaning we have no meaningful comparison for DLC's effect on the numbers to end September yet.
Do you think many people will pick it up a year after the first release? Word of mouth was pretty bad all around and I figure pretty much everyone who wanted to already got the games. Not to mention they never go on sale.
Yeah I do. Firstly because the impact of internet incels is greatly exaggerated by the incels in their echo chambers ("swishieswooshie will fail, because we hate dexit" game sells gangbusters for pokémon for the first time in 25-ish years), secondly because you yourself are ignoring target demographic and its effect on the brand. SV has already sold 87.2% of SS's LIFETIME to-date sales and as SS's DLC proved, it WILL boost base game's number because people will pay for Game+DLC to get all the content, where they weren't buying Game+Rehash, because "why the frick would I uy the same game but sslightly different for fulll price?". DLC is all-new content, thus more appealing to the average normalgay pokémon player. And that's not even figuring in the kid sales from the next couple years as they age in from being 4 years old on top.
I'm still not convinced. We might see a bump but I don't think it'll be a massive hit. That said this Christmas period seems thin, I can't think of any big games that haven't already come out until next January. The target demographic is definitely younger kids but I don't think this generation pulled in all that many. Maybe the new anime will draw some new players but I think most everyone who wanted to play SV already bought it.
They can get away with it. They've been doing it all through the Switch's lifespan, offering bundles that are the exact same price as just buying the 2 items separately.
good.
hopefully they're actually doing some QA for once
I hope it knocks their release schedule back without causing a future game to lose dev time, PLA and SV needed more time in the oven, SV moreso.
Indigo Disk? Is that like Kanto but on PS2?
Delayed to 2024.
Probably near the holidays since we already have two 2 week raids before it
Probably the first or second week of December, with a trailer next week.

This.
Gen 9 is fricking awful. Open World was a mistake and this DLC will be a nothingburger like the Teal Mask.
>Open World was a mistake
This. I need my corridor routes with npcs leading me around like Unova.
Or like Gen1-Gen4. The Pokemon games. The games that are Pokemon
Which are linear corridors.
>nothingburger
>indigo mask the giant climax being built up to for the past year
>the less important teal mask made /vp/ implode with pon e-girl and incel kieran
indigo disk* fricking stroke
Ogrepon is an adorable little cinnamon roll.
Her alone makes the DLC worth it.
Trolling is against the rules
What if I wanna play multiple games anon?
Moncolle merchandise releasing in December pretty much confirms the December release date Anon
See you in a month
They wait until the H-Samurott raid is over. Will be until end of November.
hisuian shitters were a mistake
Unironically, what would a Hisuian Charizard look like? Would they make it a different type of dragon?
Give it a beard and make it grey.
But that's Galarian
Unironically, it wouldn't exist. They don't need to apply marketing gimmicks to pokémon that market themselves.

>Charizard's a mountain dweller
t. animeschizo
FRLG lists Charizard's habitat as Mountain and its Friend Area in MD Red/Blue is the mountain range, at Mt Cleft
Here, because you asked nicely.
ask and ye shall receive, it seems
OH NO NO NO
Are you moronic?
The thread precedes the reveal, are YOU moronic?
Thread should be archived now I guess
So how long until this gen is over? It's the first one I couldn't force myself to sit through
2 more years
Welcome to 2013 lil bro. Enjoy your stay

>S&S
Nobody calls it that. Use SwSh like a normal person.
Yeah, gen 5 was so awful it does remind me of 2013 when I was just waiting for that gen to end
Glad we can agree
December 14th
Also, next year's game is going to be fricking weird.
Woah would you look at that, winter 2023 like they kept saying: https://x.com/Pokemon/status/1720063354457223438?s=20
Winter begins on the 21st. That's Autumn 2023.

>nintendo releases a bundle with the base game and both DLC halves before the second DLC is out
>still $94.99
why
They can get away with it. They've been doing it all through the Switch's lifespan, offering bundles that are the exact same price as just buying the 2 items separately.
Why do people continue to give the Pokémon company money? Scat and Vomit shitters, have you no shame?
in order for them to have shame, they would need standards first.
I am not poor like you.
>she doesnt have a hacked and overclocked switch
