Let's Go was not quite straight remakes based on Yellow. Legends was a bolder experiment, reimagined DP remix with prequel-sequel story for gen 4. I think, It will be new surprise for the community. If Gamefreak will do another straight remakes, i'll be disappointed. They also might outsourced some nobodies for the quick cashgrab again. Personally, i want Johto and Unova mixed up together in the merged region of Johto and Unova. Gen 9 theme is a paradox, then fusions from Scarlet and Violet books may be a title mascots, because PLA and SV gives forms and evolutions only for gen 2 and gen 5 mons
They're not gonna carry on the paradox stuff. SV's theme is paradox. Since Gen 7 the gimmicks haven't carried over into the remakes of the gens so it's safe to assume it won't now.
Either Legends: Kyurem set in the (not-so-distant) future that shows off the original dragon, or Legends: Celebi set in the (very distant) past and has you spearhunting Mamoswines and bludgeoning cute fairy babymons into submission

Unova isn't happening. Same reason DP remakes didn't happen in Gen 7 despite the countless hints. Wait until Gen 10 for Unova.
