There really isn't anything similar there.
Golden god with a giant tree and a loyal to a fault red haired warrior who is intimately related to the god. Radagon is a zealot for Marika's order, and Malenia follows Miquella like a devoted servant. It's not exact of course, but it is very similar
You even enter the Haligtree initially hunting for Miquella, but instead find an empty tree and Malenia sleeping, just like you enter the Erdtree for Marika and are met with Radagon instead. Both even have you end with fighting a true god, the goddess of Rot and the Elden Beast.

Radagon isn't a real person, he is just marika. The parallel falls apart because there is no real Marika and Radagon, it is just Marika. There is no couple to actually compare against.
