What's the cutoff for Ubers that drop to OU+? If we're just using viability, then to have Flutter drop we'd also be dropping shit like Eternatus, Mewtwo, Rayquaza, and multiple Arceus types. Similarly, if we go by usage, then in order to have Flutter we'd have literally every uber but Rayquaza, Groudon, Mirai, Korai, Crowncian, Origin Giratina, Kyogre, and Normal, Ground, and Fairy Arceus.
