Not only a few posts and we already have the Nintendo Cope and Dilation squad here to defend m'company.

No it's the fricking fact that people can't repair their products and have to go to Nintendo, also fricking insurance is usually paid as a flat price not a israeli subscription model you moron.

homie wtf I was never just saying that Nintendo didn't invent this
        >Insurance is usually not a subscription model
Not true at all there is plenty of "subscription based insurance". My car isnt worth a lot either but no one is offering insurance as a one time payment

I'll give you an actual defense, seeing as I bothered to look up the details.
        >2400 yen a year
        >covers the main unit, joycons, dock, and AC adapter
        >any Switch models
        >covers both random breakdowns and accidental damage
        >covers up to 6 repairs a year
        >2 repairs up to 100k yen(more than double what it'd cost to replace a Switch outright)
        https://www.ign.com/articles/nintendo-switch-repair-subscription-japan

If you're concerned about accidents, like say if you're giving a Switch to some literal children who don't know how to take care of their shit, this isn't a bad deal at all. I wouldn't go for it since I take care of my shit, but it's not a bad deal.

It's almost worth it for Joycon insurance with original parts and service. But then I also replaced 2 joycons joysticks for like 10 dollars, so there's that.

            Anonymous

Yeah, self repair for your joycons is cheaper. Assuming you only have to do it once or twice. This service seems more for problem prone people. It's nothing to get in arms over, this is a lot cheaper than out of warranty repairs are traditionally.

      Anonymous

Mine is in pretty bad shape because it got dropped on concerete once but that was a slow decay from that single point of damage over several years.
Allowing 6 is basically saying it's unlimited and the limit is just there to stop scams where people get paid to repair switches and then have Nintendo do it instead. Well either that or joycon fixing is part of it, but even with how shoddily made the joycons are 6 in a year would still be pretty impressive

What CPU do you have and when did you play it? I do remember trying XB2 a couple of years ago on either emulator (i cant remember which one) and there was a good bit of problems. But I recently tried it again last month and it was prefect.
