it seems obvious to me that they released it on PS4+switch because they're working on a more sophisticated remaster for newer hardware, and they only wanted to release the original on hardware that couldn't run the upcoming remaster. PC and current consoles will get a poopy, jeety "definitive edition" later and that's why they didn't get a straight port now.
