Lowest sales in a franchise either mean it's unplayable garbage, some weird spin-off or handheld title, or a divisive game that alienates players with it's unique concepts. Given BW isn't SV (it's a better game than SS but I'm right) or Legends (would have been my taste if it weren't open world garbage), it's definitely the third camp.
