I do both of those things, yet I'm a skelly. If you really do nothing then you aren't really hungry, and having small portions of snacks and the occasional fastfood meal to stave off the hunger certainly doesn't make you fat. It all just depends on how much food you stuff in yourself a day, and how much energy you use. If you do nothing but barely eat, even if the things you eat are junk, you'll still remain a skelly.
Thing is I realized that the weight isn't the only thing which matters, and for me since I barely feel the urge to eat what I find significantly more important is how that food affects me in the short term. Eating junk food isn't bad since it makes you gain weight, its bad since it fricks up your body immediately. If its the main thing you eat it'll make an imbalanced diet, meaning you'll often feel like shit, and depending on what you eat it will frick up how your shit will come out as well, from anal fissures from being too hard to a neverending secretion of liquid. Eat shit too greasy and I can feel the oil coming out of my pores when I'm in bed.

Its mainly due to the ripping of the veil which masked all these issues and results of bad habits called young age. All those bad habits start hitting you like a truck, all those things you thought you were above start affecting you as well, and there is nothing you can really do other than ease the decline and continually curse your younger self.

Should've been a bit more specific, instead "I do both of those things" to "I did". I mean I do have some relapses from time to time but the worst has been quite some time ago. The issue wasn't that I was occasionally eating it, but that it was the only thing I was eating, and much worse had no variation.
Main reason I said all of that is often everybody focuses on how these kind of foods affect your weight, when I'd argue it can be more important how they affect other things as well. I guess I was pushing my argument too much since shitty diet can also be due to eating the same thing, even if considered healthy, will be unhealthy if its the only thing you eat, but it often happens with junk food since they add shit in it to make you addicted to it.

My dudes when I was fat I used to eat 3-4 of these per sitting, and this was pretty commonly. 3 donuts will not fill you up at all, shit is like biting fluffy air that barely puts your stomach to work and already you're at roughly 50% of your recommended daily intake (2k calories on average) for the day. Now imagine eating other shit that day on top of it. Which you will, because no one is going to eat 3 donuts and then have 0 calories for the next 20+ hours
