Not really, it's actually very generic. Also it never is able to be pulled off well. No matter how "badass or scary" someone tries to make an evil child character it never hits and comes off instead as cringe.

had a fellow player in a VtM game that did pretty much this. He was super gay and moronic and ended up getting murdered in the first or second session for violating the masquerade on multiple occasions. Something tells me that overwhelming gayness and moronation isn't going to stop you though
this, unrelated to the vampire thing, but had one of my irl friends play an elf that "looked like an 8 year old shota" (her words not mine) and she kept trying to get away with shit cause "awww ima wittle boy", sixth session the local dragonborn bartender found her character stealing from his establishment after having noticed he wasnt really a kid a session earlier. In the end the rest of the party let the bartender cook the shota alive.
The moral of the story is that little kid PCs are gay and should be murdered on sight.
