If SwSh expanssion pass is anything to go by, you will be able to go to Kitakami after clearing the tutorial (which is getting your ride in this game), then to Blueberry Academy after finishing the first part of the DLC and the true ending (Area Zero) will be locked behind beating both the Blueberry Academy and the main game story
