Cuckoo Condor is definitely the hardest of the four, specifically for the egg-throwing phase. Cractus is piss-easy and Catbat and Aerodent have some annoying parts at worst.
Calling him "hardest in Nintendo history" is laughable though.

That boss for some reason was extremely forgettable to me, but couldn't you just spam quick spin attack like pretty well everything else in Majora asides the Fish and bull/goat thing bosses?
I don't remember now but I think you couldn't hurt him unless you did something first (which I think was shooting light arrows at him? not sure).
Tatl also couldn't help you because of the "dark aura" of the boss or something like that, so you had to figure it out on your own.
It isn't super impossibly hard but probably not as basic either, I remember losing to him at least once.
Christ, it's such a visually striking boss. I don't know why it's always been so forgettable to me.

as someone who loves wario 4 he was kinda tricky but not overly difficult
from that same era the spider boss from Metroid Fusion took me like 50 tries to beat. frick that guy
Oh yeah, the spider was called Yakuza, wasn't it? There was another boss called Nightmare iirc that was also pretty hard.
Yakuza wasn't hard if you were just charge shot spamming. A 6 year old has an easier time with it than an adult (who tend to use their missiles properly for bosses) for that reason.
Gosh, it's been so long since i've played this game. I remember there was one particular boss that made me rage really hard, it's probably this one.
It's almost disappointing how weak are bosses in newer Mario games compared to this game, for example. The last one that made me sweat was final Bowser in 3D Land.

not to mention dying two times afterwards cause there's only a minute to escape
but at least there's a safe spot unlike with mecha ridley, well there kinda is but you have to morph and the missiles will still hit you unless you shoot them and he usually does the claw right after the missiles
