I think the general sentiment towards this game is that no one wants to pay a dime for it. It was a fun time waster when it was free but all the people playing it now will take it super seriously (and probably cheat) since they paid for the game.
I would have paid 50 dollars for it happily if they weren't being greedy as frick and also charging for classes. Cosmetics is one thing. Classes and races that have an effect on gameplay is a hard pass for me. That's a slippery slope that only gets worse.

yeah it was a massive grind to unlock the weapons, and most of the new weapons were straight upgrades over the normal weapon so it became p2w shit
You get all the classes besides Bard and Warlock and you will need to pay for all future new classes. You can unlock them by grinding but of course it's an insane grind to get even one class. I honestly don't feel like finding a source so believe me or don't I don't really care.

You get a subscription to Chafgames service for free for a limited time when you buy the game but you don't need that service to pay the game. They clarified this before it even went on sale.
