Quick question how're you supposed to know what characters are good for teams? Because I started a couple days ago and im just slapping either coolest looking characters or the characters with the biggest boobs onto teams
Basically you want to consider 2 things, the captain you'll use (usually a legend) and the content you'll want to clear. If the captain is boosting DEX and cerebral units for example, and you want to beat a QCK clash, you'll mainly want DEX units rather than cerebral units of another type. After that, you want to see what debuffs you will need to get rid of, and of course you want to buff your units with atk boosts, orb boosts, colour affinity etc. You can post your box for more specifics on which of your units would be useable captains etc, and then you can watch videos on youtube to get a better idea of team-building.
Generally, as a rule of thumb, your captain will always be a legend, either boosting one specific type or all. They might have some useful utility, like removing paralysis or preventing bind, but you usually want them to be your main damage boosters. Your subs should be the units that deal with the current stage's specific gimmicks and also synergize with your current captain, these are either RRs or Legends, but not many legends have utility other than damage, and most if not all RRs are made specifically for them. Also, as a general law, never ever sell your characters unless you know what you're doing. Always check their support and crewmate abilites. A trashy looking unit like Whitey Bay might still have an amazing support, and you don't want to sell those as they're extremely valuable.

TL;DW: Shanks Super Type Special changes the opponent's type to STR, making them weak to QCK.
The game tells you it won't change Super Type Enemies wherever they are encountered.
What the game DOESN'T tell you is that this effect is ALSO blocked by immunity to status effects on the enemy team, which is significantly more common.
It's not intuitive at all. Immunity to status effects is somehow susceptible to increased dmg taken debuff but not to type change, when it should be the other way around.

You know the "best" part of the insignia scam? They're only available from boxes 1-6. You can't get them from box 7, the only one you can refresh. Meaning that there's a hard cap on how many you could possibly have. The scarcity is even more manufactured than it seems.
I realized that this last Kizuna. So first I have to worry about not getting all the skulls from the boxes with the amount of tickets I can possibly earn, encouraging me to go to the next box once I have it, and then not being able to get more tokens from the last box once I'm "safe". I just want to catch up on the 6+s from the two years I took a break on. All the units and their upgrades from treasure maps and rumble are increadibly easy to get over a short period of time. Kizuna feels like I will never catch up

V1 Katakuri is outdated and hard to build around and play with but he's cheap.
V1 Straw Hats are quite expensive at 400 medals but they're super rare to pull in sugos, so they're worth considering at least.
Personally I'd wait until later this month in case I pull some of the legends in the banner, and use my medals later.

How can I farm Frobidden Tome? I though Kizuna would give me alot, but even though we got S Rank and I did like 30+ runs and 50+ assists it was only enough books for like a dozen characters or smt? Need a consistent way to farm books since there is several hundreds of units I got to do it.
Make a Team with DEX Kaido as captain and no sailors. Take the Support FC and do Colo Chaos Apoo on Auto on 3x. It'll take some Stamina, but that's the easiest and fastest way just to farm books. In fact WAY better than Kizuna for farming FT.
My Free Spirit team is v2 SHC, Roger, denjiro/kinemon, Yace and v2 Oden. The damage potential is massive but it's a very risky team since you need to get your specials off first since the bench is really weak. Still helped me clear many challenge levels.

We had one, don’t know if someone saved the link but sadly I don’t have it. It is outdated but it can still be a good starting point. Now the schedule for content is almost the same each month so you will get used to it fast.
For infos, you have the optc db that is a nice tool. For stage breakdowns, the best option is usually youtube or reddit just leech on the infos, don’t even try to discuss with lost souls
Don't sell any character unless you're absolutely sure they're trash (you can tell if they are by their special and support), roll for Yamato, Roger/Wb, any of the Super TND captains. Wait for the super sugo fests to pull since they have better rates usually. Read the notices whenever a new event pops up. Join an alliance ASAP. Kizuna and TM are cancer. I guess that's it. Maybe post your box and we can tell you which unit is good
I feel like at this point there's so many different mechanics to wrap your head around even when you're just a beginner that it's easier to just ask specific questions and hope you get an honest answer instead of "NGMI" or "anon-kun" or some shit.
it doesn't even matter anymore with garp challenges gutted, you need the newest units for content and that's that. no reason to do older raids or colos beyond gems for new players. my guide would be to just not play this game honestly

With two of them you've got recharges for days, for one. Swap gets rid of all despair on the unit, which comes in handy whenever the boss puts down an unreasonable amount. And it takes some stalling, but the superswap gives an ATK Up for the whole crew (class-specific) - not much, but enough for the side bosses, and that way it frees up a spot on your crew if you're in hot water. And of course since it's a dual it works against two different types, but that's just basic teambuilding.

I don't think so because his ink effect is similar to ST Luffy and Kaido, with the blinking effect etc. I think they'll only super evolve Uta, and introduce another film red banner later, with Shanks attacking the Demon King, from his own dimension, like this new Luffy does with his special. Maybe they'll save that new Shanks for the blu-ray release or something. That's my guess at least, it'd make more sense to already give us non-flashback Shanks in the 2nd super sugo but hey.
I just hope Uta gets an upgrade instead of a sidegrade, like Yamato. I kinda think she'll be Striker/Driven though, without having watched the movie yet (read some spoilers though.)

GV is a pisspoor replacement for Garp Challenges. The death of training forests, colo, clashes, story islands, fortnights, and new arenas has just made me question a lot of things. I've been playing since the games GLB launch and feel nostalgic for the previous years.
Don't feel bad anon, I recently just picked up the game again (stopped playing during the Stampede event) and the lack of content right now is just horrendous.
Don't force yourself to keep playing if you're really getting burnt out, take brakes and enjoy other stuff, who knows, people dropping the game might finally force bamco to fix their shit.
I haven't played for as long but I feel the same, taking out most content like clashes and replacing colosseums with arenas, removing Garp challenges etc has sucked a lot of the enjoyment for the game. And treasure maps have been getting worse and worse

Here are my pulls for the Finale banner, 20 pulls on part 2 and 10 pulls on part 3.
Managed to get my favorites (Bullet and Roger) but couldn't get Carrot/Wanda, Izo/Kiku, and Usopp/Yasopp.
There were more reds but they were mostly dupes, and I'd gladly give up all the meta dupes I got if it meant getting my desired units.
At least I got around 600+ medals, what are the chances they'll put Carrot/Wanda and Izo/Kiku in the exchange?
Good luck anon, I'd tell you to just do daily logins so you can stock up on the gems, but doing that might just pull you back again, better to quit cold turkey and return when you want to.

None, since they are limited sugos. Unless we go the dokkan route and they give us different types of coins, I don't think we'll tm/pvp/kizuna legends in the shop

Here's notes for v2.0 >Chopper stage needs a rainbow shiled support, so probably v2 Brook or Mr.3/Goldenweek >Shiki works better in the middle row on Dad/Son stage. Also, pretty soon I'll have to come up with a way to boost attack. The easiest would be Legend Reiju support on Sunny. >Uta stage is made for FC Luffy, apparently. And it turns out I've got more of those than I have FC 6* Utas.
Changed the teams a bit but it's more on their positions than chars modifications. Put Uta as my cap for the invasion since Chopper clears buffs 2 times. I also put Zoro as my cap for the Uta fight, and added support Mystoms on Sanji. For the Sanji is was either this or use cd reducers like Carrot/Wanda

For the RED Sanji map, I did two non-expedition runs to see how bad the NW league was because everyone in the thread was complaining about the debuffs.
With the two runs and using expedition mode for the rest of the period. I hit around 85 to 89K. Not enough to LB Sanji but I also don't care anymore as TM units have been filler for a long while.
They have released +30 legends this year alone, if you skip TM to that degree there is no way to LB anything. And the game is unplayable without LB, might as well entirely quit instead of waiting for things to get better (they won't)

Hell, Dokken and OPTC are from an era that doesn't exist anymore. The sadder fact here is that israelitedai cannot catch lightning in a bottle again with One Piece mobile games as all other attempts have failed to gain a large audience.

I'll agree that OPTC is slowly dying. Bandai is trying to squeeze every penny out of the playerbase by releasing new legend banners and unit-specific item drop islands. We should have a long-term picture by next year's GLB's anniversary. I don't watch the anime but I'm going to make the assumption that Toon Luffy will be shown by then.
If Bandai doesn't go hard for GLB's anni, that will mean they are waiting for the 9th JPN anniversary to carter to the Japanese fanbase.
I'll be somewhat sad because it's been a part of my life for years.

Super Sabo turns to PSY instead of STR, I like this change because I've almost never used him. Getting a f2p Shanks looks good too, I hope he's strong. And, surprisingly if you ask me, Uta+ remains INT instead of STR, though it still might be a sidegrade due to her classes? We don't know yet. Anyway, I'm not looking forward to this kizuna, getting all the skulls will most likely prove difficult.

Somebody tell me I'm being moronic here. He clears despair, but cuts HP by 50% if HP is above 51%. So when despair hits, you're already at half health, its clearing despair but then hitting you for the 50% HP you'd normally have and killing you because after despair is cleared you're at half health so you just game over. So you cant actually use him as a despair clearer in most instances
Just use Support QCK Legend Brook or Support QCK rr Sasaki. Or put Kizuna Roger in your team somewhere. There's a lot of ways to deal with eot damage, it should most likely be the least of your worries

With how slow to adapt the anime has been lately, I don't think we'll even be getting the big Tobi-Roppo defeating legends before December. And after that it's still Zoro and Sanji vs. King and Queen, Dog and Cat vs. Jack and Peros, Zoan Yamato, Adult Momo and Kid and Law Vs. Big Mom. At this point I don't think we'll get G5 before the 9th Anni, unless Bamco will be hurting for money.
According to based subconsi --may he justly reign till the end of days-- 6+ Uta is actually MUCH better than base Uta, I guess us brainlets don't see it yet so we have to wait for his video

If you pull the highest boosted unit it becomes piss easy - especially if it's a TM legend, since unlike the RRs they make for great captains.
That said, I need to point out that I haven't hit 10M since June. On my way this month though.
With the full batch you get over 20x point multi for boss and invasion, with 2X FC and a few boosters around the 1.4x tier you can get to 10X multi. 10 mil is reachable with natural stamina at that point.
You just need time. I only got to 7M these last tms because of work but I think I’ll get easily to 10M this time since I only need around 32 runs. Also, I always do 3 multi for a booster
I'm that special kind of imbecile who both hates TM yet still feels obligated to get 10 mil, so my cope is just doing 3 multi's each TM banner for at least 1 high booster

Got a question about the Treasure Map event since it's been a while for me, do you get forcibly ranked up if your rank meets the threshold? I've just been autoing my battles in East Blue and I don't really want to go to the next tier where I actually have to plan my teams.
I've been thinking about duals that are actually only one character. There's two, right? v2 Big Mom and vWhatever BB, unless I'm forgetting someone? And they're both just INT/INT.
So I've been wondering if it would be possible to make a one person dual that's not just INT, but actually two different types as well. Luffy would be perfect for it (although it would be a pain to make artwork for it), either as a QCK/STR Gear Second/Gear Third if Bamco ever went back to Enies Lobby, or, more likely, a STR/QCK Tankman/Snakeman, what with the boner they seem to have for Gear 4th.
Another one would be Cavendish, aldough I'm not sure what type his normal self would be (Hakuba is obviously QCK).

Kizuna banners are dogshit in general, I don't recommend anyone doing more than the discount pull (maybe more when there are new Kizuna legends or when the best Kizuna legends are on there)
Even the "good" kizuna legends aren't good anymore. Honestly, we don't get revolutionary legends anymore period and there's no content to use the legends you do pull. I've posted it satirically for years, but... dead thread. Dead game. EOS soon. It really feels like it.

I don't have any of the RED legends or RRs except for Nami, Brook, Robin, and Coby & Blueno.
We still have super sugos on, which are good to reroll. But since we are almost at the end of the movie event, you won't get lots of gems so rerolling might be more a pain in the ass.
If you do just save up your free gems till new years and pull big when the banner hits. Only pull on a discount multi or two to give yourself some units moving up to it. Its been said for years, but the game does feel like its dying rather then really growing
I normally rank top 10% with about 10mil points, this time I went for almost twice that and didnt make it in. The game is gaining more and more whales somehow.
Holy fricking shit. My DEX team just lost to a QCK team of v1 Franky, Tesoro, Halloween Hanwiener, early Onigashima Robin (max LLB, this one) and thumbnailface Iva, built around healing and quick recharge.
It might've been bad RNG or it might've been meticulously planned, but the big healers kept surviving with a sliver of health until their specials kicked in until like 15 seconds before time out.
To compare, the next team I faced was full of QCK big guns and it went down like a b***h. But since I lost all my progress before, I was only awarded one point and I'm basically in the last place, only beating out people that didn't play at all.
And the "best" part is, because of where I live I had to wake up in the middle of the night to take care pvp as soon as it reseted, but because of everything I'm actually worse off than if I kept sleeping or went back to bed after the first one while I was still able to. And to add insult to injury, now I'm WIDE AWAKE.
Honestly I'm impressed. I'm mad too, mostly because of the no sleep, but I'm mostly impressed. This is how a good bait team looks like, none of that "one shitter in front" garbage.
I run a similar team on defense. Most I've gotten with that QCK team is 13 defensive wins in one day. Might switch out Onami for Tesoro once I get more LLB on him.
The only Driven unit on my team is Zorojuro, so putting Doffy on there instead of anyone would be wasting half his buff. I run TND Luffy, Sulong Dog and Cat, Zorojuro and 6+ Brook, because as established healing causes nothing but problems to the opponent.
Not anymore since there are at best 3 new F2P units a month, sometimes only 1. Unless you enjoy spending hundreds a month on units with the shelf life of milk.

Block a-c are the same. At the end of each block, the top 5k is qualified for championship. People that don’t get to championship will be in exhibition. This is your championship/exhibition best rank that gives you the max level you can have all the stuff in the gather island

You go in championship only if you get top 5k in one of the blocks. You can see them as some sort of qualifier. We are either in blocks or championship/exhibition. The blocks + championship is a season, they don’t play at the same time
They're pretty good for some specific content, but they're quite niche and exclude some good queen and king units from your team

Blocks are basically just there to give you multiple chances to get into exhibition/championship. Each block has a specific set of rule which I suggest you check every time since they can make or break a team for the current rumble week (ie. with the current B block rules, PSY, INT and Fighter teams are going to be especially strong so watch out for teams that use them and maybe build one yourself so that you can get the most out of them

Quick question how're you supposed to know what characters are good for teams? Because I started a couple days ago and im just slapping either coolest looking characters or the characters with the biggest boobs onto teams
Basically you want to consider 2 things, the captain you'll use (usually a legend) and the content you'll want to clear. If the captain is boosting DEX and cerebral units for example, and you want to beat a QCK clash, you'll mainly want DEX units rather than cerebral units of another type. After that, you want to see what debuffs you will need to get rid of, and of course you want to buff your units with atk boosts, orb boosts, colour affinity etc. You can post your box for more specifics on which of your units would be useable captains etc, and then you can watch videos on youtube to get a better idea of team-building.
Generally, as a rule of thumb, your captain will always be a legend, either boosting one specific type or all. They might have some useful utility, like removing paralysis or preventing bind, but you usually want them to be your main damage boosters. Your subs should be the units that deal with the current stage's specific gimmicks and also synergize with your current captain, these are either RRs or Legends, but not many legends have utility other than damage, and most if not all RRs are made specifically for them. Also, as a general law, never ever sell your characters unless you know what you're doing. Always check their support and crewmate abilites. A trashy looking unit like Whitey Bay might still have an amazing support, and you don't want to sell those as they're extremely valuable.

Due to a misconception regarding the Super Type Special, the new Super Sugo-Fest Exclusive Shanks isn't as desirable as had been previously reported.
TL;DW: Shanks Super Type Special changes the opponent's type to STR, making them weak to QCK.
The game tells you it won't change Super Type Enemies wherever they are encountered.
What the game DOESN'T tell you is that this effect is ALSO blocked by immunity to status effects on the enemy team, which is significantly more common.
That’s how every debuff has worked why did anyone assume any different.
It's not intuitive at all. Immunity to status effects is somehow susceptible to increased dmg taken debuff but not to type change, when it should be the other way around.
Increased damage taken doesn’t go through immunity unless stated.

You know the "best" part of the insignia scam? They're only available from boxes 1-6. You can't get them from box 7, the only one you can refresh. Meaning that there's a hard cap on how many you could possibly have. The scarcity is even more manufactured than it seems.
I realized that this last Kizuna. So first I have to worry about not getting all the skulls from the boxes with the amount of tickets I can possibly earn, encouraging me to go to the next box once I have it, and then not being able to get more tokens from the last box once I'm "safe". I just want to catch up on the 6+s from the two years I took a break on. All the units and their upgrades from treasure maps and rumble are increadibly easy to get over a short period of time. Kizuna feels like I will never catch up
I only started a year ago and I'm almost caught up with Kizuna and I've been using insignias to buy those farmable skulls. Just need to be active in every Kizuna.

V1 Straw Hats are quite expensive at 400 medals but they're super rare to pull in sugos, so they're worth considering at least.
Personally I'd wait until later this month in case I pull some of the legends in the banner, and use my medals later.

I used a non-boosted unit, Coby & Blueno do it. But after a few runs I just auto-ed the 30 stamina until I reached 500 sticks. Much comfier.

I use legend Chopper. Bind is one of the easiest debuffs to deal with, lots of supports deal with it.

How can I farm Frobidden Tome? I though Kizuna would give me alot, but even though we got S Rank and I did like 30+ runs and 50+ assists it was only enough books for like a dozen characters or smt? Need a consistent way to farm books since there is several hundreds of units I got to do it.

Make a Team with DEX Kaido as captain and no sailors. Take the Support FC and do Colo Chaos Apoo on Auto on 3x. It'll take some Stamina, but that's the easiest and fastest way just to farm books. In fact WAY better than Kizuna for farming FT.

My Free Spirit team is v2 SHC, Roger, denjiro/kinemon, Yace and v2 Oden. The damage potential is massive but it's a very risky team since you need to get your specials off first since the bench is really weak. Still helped me clear many challenge levels.

We had one, don’t know if someone saved the link but sadly I don’t have it. It is outdated but it can still be a good starting point. Now the schedule for content is almost the same each month so you will get used to it fast.
For infos, you have the optc db that is a nice tool. For stage breakdowns, the best option is usually youtube or reddit just leech on the infos, don’t even try to discuss with lost souls
Don't sell any character unless you're absolutely sure they're trash (you can tell if they are by their special and support), roll for Yamato, Roger/Wb, any of the Super TND captains. Wait for the super sugo fests to pull since they have better rates usually. Read the notices whenever a new event pops up. Join an alliance ASAP. Kizuna and TM are cancer. I guess that's it. Maybe post your box and we can tell you which unit is good
I feel like at this point there's so many different mechanics to wrap your head around even when you're just a beginner that it's easier to just ask specific questions and hope you get an honest answer instead of "NGMI" or "anon-kun" or some shit.
it doesn't even matter anymore with garp challenges gutted, you need the newest units for content and that's that. no reason to do older raids or colos beyond gems for new players. my guide would be to just not play this game honestly

With two of them you've got recharges for days, for one. Swap gets rid of all despair on the unit, which comes in handy whenever the boss puts down an unreasonable amount. And it takes some stalling, but the superswap gives an ATK Up for the whole crew (class-specific) - not much, but enough for the side bosses, and that way it frees up a spot on your crew if you're in hot water. And of course since it's a dual it works against two different types, but that's just basic teambuilding.
Oh, and apparently it's a good replacement for I think v1 Kizaru on the pvp Slasher team. If you care about that stuff.
My slasher team has both them and Kizaru, along with Oden, Roger/Whitebeard, v1 Doffy. Rumble Law or Cracker+ usually complete the team, but I'm using Calgara/Noland instead.
They're great, very fast, useful for tm, and on top of what anon above said they'll see more play in Uta or Shanks teams I think.

I don't think so because his ink effect is similar to ST Luffy and Kaido, with the blinking effect etc. I think they'll only super evolve Uta, and introduce another film red banner later, with Shanks attacking the Demon King, from his own dimension, like this new Luffy does with his special. Maybe they'll save that new Shanks for the blu-ray release or something. That's my guess at least, it'd make more sense to already give us non-flashback Shanks in the 2nd super sugo but hey.
I just hope Uta gets an upgrade instead of a sidegrade, like Yamato. I kinda think she'll be Striker/Driven though, without having watched the movie yet (read some spoilers though.)

GV is a pisspoor replacement for Garp Challenges. The death of training forests, colo, clashes, story islands, fortnights, and new arenas has just made me question a lot of things. I've been playing since the games GLB launch and feel nostalgic for the previous years.
Don't feel bad anon, I recently just picked up the game again (stopped playing during the Stampede event) and the lack of content right now is just horrendous.
Don't force yourself to keep playing if you're really getting burnt out, take brakes and enjoy other stuff, who knows, people dropping the game might finally force bamco to fix their shit.
I haven't played for as long but I feel the same, taking out most content like clashes and replacing colosseums with arenas, removing Garp challenges etc has sucked a lot of the enjoyment for the game. And treasure maps have been getting worse and worse

Changed the teams a bit but it's more on their positions than chars modifications. Put Uta as my cap for the invasion since Chopper clears buffs 2 times. I also put Zoro as my cap for the Uta fight, and added support Mystoms on Sanji. For the Sanji is was either this or use cd reducers like Carrot/Wanda

How many points do you get if you run expediton for the whole duration?
For the RED Sanji map, I did two non-expedition runs to see how bad the NW league was because everyone in the thread was complaining about the debuffs.
With the two runs and using expedition mode for the rest of the period. I hit around 85 to 89K. Not enough to LB Sanji but I also don't care anymore as TM units have been filler for a long while.
They have released +30 legends this year alone, if you skip TM to that degree there is no way to LB anything. And the game is unplayable without LB, might as well entirely quit instead of waiting for things to get better (they won't)

Hell, Dokken and OPTC are from an era that doesn't exist anymore. The sadder fact here is that israelitedai cannot catch lightning in a bottle again with One Piece mobile games as all other attempts have failed to gain a large audience.
I'll agree that OPTC is slowly dying. Bandai is trying to squeeze every penny out of the playerbase by releasing new legend banners and unit-specific item drop islands. We should have a long-term picture by next year's GLB's anniversary. I don't watch the anime but I'm going to make the assumption that Toon Luffy will be shown by then.
If Bandai doesn't go hard for GLB's anni, that will mean they are waiting for the 9th JPN anniversary to carter to the Japanese fanbase.

Super Sabo turns to PSY instead of STR, I like this change because I've almost never used him. Getting a f2p Shanks looks good too, I hope he's strong. And, surprisingly if you ask me, Uta+ remains INT instead of STR, though it still might be a sidegrade due to her classes? We don't know yet. Anyway, I'm not looking forward to this kizuna, getting all the skulls will most likely prove difficult.

Somebody tell me I'm being moronic here. He clears despair, but cuts HP by 50% if HP is above 51%. So when despair hits, you're already at half health, its clearing despair but then hitting you for the 50% HP you'd normally have and killing you because after despair is cleared you're at half health so you just game over. So you cant actually use him as a despair clearer in most instances
Just use Support QCK Legend Brook or Support QCK rr Sasaki. Or put Kizuna Roger in your team somewhere. There's a lot of ways to deal with eot damage, it should most likely be the least of your worries

With how slow to adapt the anime has been lately, I don't think we'll even be getting the big Tobi-Roppo defeating legends before December. And after that it's still Zoro and Sanji vs. King and Queen, Dog and Cat vs. Jack and Peros, Zoan Yamato, Adult Momo and Kid and Law Vs. Big Mom. At this point I don't think we'll get G5 before the 9th Anni, unless Bamco will be hurting for money.

If you pull the highest boosted unit it becomes piss easy - especially if it's a TM legend, since unlike the RRs they make for great captains.
That said, I need to point out that I haven't hit 10M since June. On my way this month though.
With the full batch you get over 20x point multi for boss and invasion, with 2X FC and a few boosters around the 1.4x tier you can get to 10X multi. 10 mil is reachable with natural stamina at that point.
You just need time. I only got to 7M these last tms because of work but I think I’ll get easily to 10M this time since I only need around 32 runs. Also, I always do 3 multi for a booster
I'm that special kind of imbecile who both hates TM yet still feels obligated to get 10 mil, so my cope is just doing 3 multi's each TM banner for at least 1 high booster

Got a question about the Treasure Map event since it's been a while for me, do you get forcibly ranked up if your rank meets the threshold? I've just been autoing my battles in East Blue and I don't really want to go to the next tier where I actually have to plan my teams.
I think you can still choose to play on the lower difficulty even if you advance.
You can choose east blue even if you're eligible for NW. You can always go backwards you just can force yourself higher
I've been thinking about duals that are actually only one character. There's two, right? v2 Big Mom and vWhatever BB, unless I'm forgetting someone? And they're both just INT/INT.
So I've been wondering if it would be possible to make a one person dual that's not just INT, but actually two different types as well. Luffy would be perfect for it (although it would be a pain to make artwork for it), either as a QCK/STR Gear Second/Gear Third if Bamco ever went back to Enies Lobby, or, more likely, a STR/QCK Tankman/Snakeman, what with the boner they seem to have for Gear 4th.
Another one would be Cavendish, aldough I'm not sure what type his normal self would be (Hakuba is obviously QCK).
I like this idea. A different approach to the v2 G4. A Chopper legend could work similarly.

Shit, I totally forgot about Chopper. As a matter of fact, every Zoan could work that way. Swap between Human and Animal forms, while special triggers the Hybrid form.

Since his powers are sound-based and always hit as long as you can hear it, how about part of Apoo's deal is that as long as you don't miss, you always tap a perfect? Makes dealing with bomb slots trivial, but on the other hand means he can't heal on meats.

I think the worst part about TM is that Bandai forgets that it's six fights per run, so it's an absurd amount of fights for some of these rewards. Even if you do only 20 TM runs that's still the equivalent of like 120 kizuna fights.

Kizuna banners are dogshit in general, I don't recommend anyone doing more than the discount pull (maybe more when there are new Kizuna legends or when the best Kizuna legends are on there)
Even the "good" kizuna legends aren't good anymore. Honestly, we don't get revolutionary legends anymore period and there's no content to use the legends you do pull. I've posted it satirically for years, but... dead thread. Dead game. EOS soon. It really feels like it.

We still have super sugos on, which are good to reroll. But since we are almost at the end of the movie event, you won't get lots of gems so rerolling might be more a pain in the ass.

If you do just save up your free gems till new years and pull big when the banner hits. Only pull on a discount multi or two to give yourself some units moving up to it. Its been said for years, but the game does feel like its dying rather then really growing

Finally got Beast Pirates on the discount Kizuna Sugo.
Holy fricking shit. My DEX team just lost to a QCK team of v1 Franky, Tesoro, Halloween Hanwiener, early Onigashima Robin (max LLB, this one) and thumbnailface Iva, built around healing and quick recharge.
It might've been bad RNG or it might've been meticulously planned, but the big healers kept surviving with a sliver of health until their specials kicked in until like 15 seconds before time out.
To compare, the next team I faced was full of QCK big guns and it went down like a b***h. But since I lost all my progress before, I was only awarded one point and I'm basically in the last place, only beating out people that didn't play at all.
And the "best" part is, because of where I live I had to wake up in the middle of the night to take care pvp as soon as it reseted, but because of everything I'm actually worse off than if I kept sleeping or went back to bed after the first one while I was still able to. And to add insult to injury, now I'm WIDE AWAKE.
Honestly I'm impressed. I'm mad too, mostly because of the no sleep, but I'm mostly impressed. This is how a good bait team looks like, none of that "one shitter in front" garbage.

I run a similar team on defense. Most I've gotten with that QCK team is 13 defensive wins in one day. Might switch out Onami for Tesoro once I get more LLB on him.
You do run Doffy in the main lineup right? Right? He cleans up every time for me in the last second if everything else fails
The only Driven unit on my team is Zorojuro, so putting Doffy on there instead of anyone would be wasting half his buff. I run TND Luffy, Sulong Dog and Cat, Zorojuro and 6+ Brook, because as established healing causes nothing but problems to the opponent.
Give it me straight anons. I love One Piece. Should I bother getting into this game if I don't give a single frick about ranking and leaderboards?
Not anymore since there are at best 3 new F2P units a month, sometimes only 1. Unless you enjoy spending hundreds a month on units with the shelf life of milk.

Block a-c are the same. At the end of each block, the top 5k is qualified for championship. People that don’t get to championship will be in exhibition. This is your championship/exhibition best rank that gives you the max level you can have all the stuff in the gather island

You go in championship only if you get top 5k in one of the blocks. You can see them as some sort of qualifier. We are either in blocks or championship/exhibition. The blocks + championship is a season, they don’t play at the same time

Blocks are basically just there to give you multiple chances to get into exhibition/championship. Each block has a specific set of rule which I suggest you check every time since they can make or break a team for the current rumble week (ie. with the current B block rules, PSY, INT and Fighter teams are going to be especially strong so watch out for teams that use them and maybe build one yourself so that you can get the most out of them

I'm done with trying to obtain Uta. Went 14 pulls deep and I only received numerous copies of RED Nami, Brook, and Robin.
Once I hit 50 gems, I'm pulling on the Kizuna banner for a third attempt at a new RR or legend.
