Pokemon stopped having good stories after Gen 4/5
the main scenario writer who wrote the stories all the way back to GSC got kicked off his role and a new guy took his place for SV. really makes you think
Now lets hope all the other guys get kicked and replaced and after that we might get a good game.
I'm glad it won. I do hope (but doubt) they take more time to polish and optimize the games better next gen, but it's very much a step in the right direction.
Also it gave me my husband whom I love very very much.

If anyone said that about SwSh then they were very, very wrong. Almost made me drop the franchsie for good. Basically SwSh was 2 steps back, SV was 1 forward.
His work is great, very dynamic.

Sorry they lied to you. The only steps in the right direction in the last years were SM and Legends (which deviates from how the other games work)
