Like what actually happens in YIIK >Opening is fine, Alex wants to YIIK in asian girl pussy, goal established >Waste time doing frick all until you meet Rory who proceeds to waste your time with his dumb fricking dead c**t sister who is dead so that dungeons a waste, waste more time apologising >Waste more time chasing down a record, arguing crime statistics next to Mario pol with blacks and listening to some gay talk about his bf for 30 mins who you'll never meet again. >Find a robot in the back of a van(game is like 80% done by now) and suddenly find out worlds about to end. >Now the rest of the plot is crammed in and all your friends die leaving the events with them pointless and unresolved
All that's happened in the plot is They find a record which leads them to a robot who tells them the worlds about to end. NOTHING has happened for 90% of the game now
I sincerely hope this release the devs do a lot better and can make a game they can be truly proud of. Even if it doesn't become some massive hit, the sheer effort should warrant them some peace and hopefully we get some good vidya from it.

I really don't know how you salvage this, because even if you make an earnest and sincere attempt, most people will always just meme about yiiking out anyways. I can only hope this time around a few people can enjoy for what it is.

The writing in The Room and Niel Breene's movies are entertaining because they're so bad they're hilarious. The writing in YIIK is just dull, monotonous, and filled with purple prose. Just about every line out of Tommy Wiseau's mouth is basically a gold mine of humor because of the combination of his moronic writing, piss poor delivery, terrible grasp of English, and accent that makes him sound legitimately moronic. The dialogue in YIIK on the other hand just comes off as pretentious, annoying, and boring.
yiik is an interesting failure, which is rare. most failed games aren't worth a thought, but yiik stays with you. it could've failed in ways that were much less interesting, that's all i'm saying.
